Answer:	First, let me say that this is a great product, almost a conversation piece when we entertain. As to your question: It may be a bit unwieldy for a servers apron. It is about 10" tall & about 2" in circumference. It also requires a firm grip on the bottle when operating the opener as its very powerful & could easily spin the bottle. Again, we love the opener but would not use is in that manner.

Answer:	Thanks for your question - the wine continues to age after it is bottled. The Coravin will not affect this, so the wine will continue aging in the bottle even after you pour a glass with the Coravin.

Answer:	Thanks for your question. The Coravin Model Two Plus Pack comes with the Coravin Model Two which has a standard needle and 2 capsules. In addition, with this pack you get a 3-needle kit (one standard, one vintage, and one faster-pour needle), and a carry case.

Answer:	Per Coravin’s website, “While a synthetic closure will not damage your needle, the closure will not reseal, and thus permit oxidation after some time. If you access the bottle with a synthetic closure, store it upright to ensure that it does not leak.”

Answer:	I believe that the 2 Plus Pak has three additional needles - extra regular needle, faster pour needle and vintage needles. I looked on the Coravin website to learn more.
