Answer:	The knife is 13" overall with an 8" blade and the width of slicer's cutting area is 6" so yes, it is long enough to reach from side to side. A couple of things I'd like to share: When I first got the slicer, owing to my lack of experience I tried to use a 'long' stroke, sort of like sawing a 2 x 4. That did not end well and I've learned to use short, light strokes resulting in much better results. Also, in the beginning I tended to press down with the knife with the result that I mashed the bread to the consistency of modeling clay. Hence, that reference above to 'light' strokes . In the event your loaf is narrower than the cutting surface you may want to gently and carefully hold the loaf against one side while you're slicing. That will prevent the loaf from sliding side to side and should make the task a lot easier. I realize my reply may be a case of being asked the time and explaining how to make a watch but in any event, I hope it helps. Enjoy!

Answer:	No, I tried yesterday, it's too soft. .. It was easier to cut into little cubes with a knife, but the salad shooter worked well on all my other cheeses, from mozzarella, coby jack, Monterey jack, and sharp cheddar... it saves so much time.

Answer:	Sorry, I am not exactly sure what you are asking regarding the Pro Model Salad shooter. It stands around 8 1/2 to 9 inches tall. Answer:	there are numerous "spiralizers" on sale at Amazon. There are types that are almost like machines, and some that are almost like little manual pencil sharpeners. The one favored by most reviewers is by Paderno. This one is very handy, but it doesn't make long "noodle" type strands

Answer:	Sorry I'm late, don't check this email very often. The dial goes to 400, but if you go past that mark, maybe 425. This is a good skillet. I've put several other brands in my yard sales as white elephants, but this one is a keeper.

Answer:	The sides are about 21/2" to 3 " deep. It has a pour spout on one corner which makes the cover not seal. I have also contacted the company because after 3 uses the non stick is coming off. I would not buy this product again.

Answer:	Yes, the holes are only about 1/16" and would work for corn. The holes are small enough that wheat would not fall through.

Answer:	I've used an iron, or better yet, I've soaked the netting in very hot water and when removed placed on flat surface with a large baking pan on top with some weight in it until it cools. I leave it that way for storage also.

Question:	what is the wattage of the machine
Answer:	I could not shred cabbage with it.
Question:	Does this run on 110 Volts current
Answer:	It comes with four cutting cones: 1 medium shred; 1 thick shred; 1 thick slice; and 1 ripple slice
Question:	Can it cut an entire red onion into thin slices? I want to be able to keep the red onion in tact so they are nice round complete rings
Answer:	Not as sold there is a one you could buy. It makes great hash browns.
Question:	How thick are the slices? Can you adjust to thicker if wanted
Answer:	Paper-thin, No. And there is no thinner-slicing blade. Use a sharp kitchen knife instead. It's just not that hard to manually slice cucumbers to any reasonable thickness.

Answer:	No, 90 is it’s low setting. 90-165.
Question:	Can it slice onion into thin slices
Answer:	You may wipe the base clean with a damp, soapy dish cloth to clean the base. Keep in mind juices from produce and marinades should be pat dry before placing on the trays to avoid dripping into the motor. This will also shorten the drying time. Answer:	You would need to contact the manufacturer. But keep in mind the more trays you add the longer you will need to run the machine. You would do better to purchase a second unit or look at getting an industrial model. Or experiment with dehydrating in a microwave or your kitchen oven.
