Question:	Can you slice tri tip 1/4” with this unit
Answer:	The manual says it will slice up to 3/4"
Question:	Can I slice raw meT without freezing the meat first for beef jerky
Answer:	Raw meat doesn't slice well if it is raw and it releases blood that can contaminate the slicer. I don't freeze the meat, but I do put it in the freezer for an hour or two and then it slices very well.
Question:	Can it ice frozen meat
Answer:	no
Question:	what is the rpm of the motor. Mine seems to run at about 50-75 revolutions per minute. Seems slow
Answer:	Yeah.. I was nervous at first about how slow the blade rotates.. not reassuring to me.. not sure how that is good for the motor.. so my concern is longevity.. seems to slice things ok, however.. also considering it's output of electricity used you cannot expect professional grade. Good for NOT everyday use

Question:	Does it break down nicely to clean? I hate how most are hard to clean because they don’t break siwn
Answer:	It only has an on/off switch.

Answer:	ebay. There is a wealth of sharpeners there at varying costs. I have had great success with a very simple knife sharpener with opposing wheels. Looks like a knife handle with a dual set of wheels on the end. Just run the slicer and let the sharpener do its thing. You can pick one up of these vintage sharpeners on ebay for about $5-$10 (Or less in auction). This will get you many sharpenings. A new blade wheel is about $35. Pick up a cheap sharpener on ebay and slice on!
