Answer:	Yes, it is great for boiling small or large amounts of water. I've used it to easily boil over 6 17oz bottles of water. The temperature can actually get hotter than boiling. This is a very high powered warmer and I highly recommend it.

Answer:	Before I pour in batter, I spray it with Pam cooking spray. It cleans easily afterward.

Answer:	I never have had to use cooking spray. It is coated so well, that nothing ever sticks to it. I do occasionally use lemon and butter if I am cooking chicken breast. Of course you can use cooking spray if you like, though.

Answer:	Healthy, yes, the grease or juices of what you are cooking drain into a drain pan in the middle of the unit. Altogether the unit is 4 pieces. It is very easy to clean. I love it!

Answer:	Hi. There are a couple loops that are fairly close together and the ceramic helps spread the heat so the heating is much more even than the last couple I used.

Question:	Does this burner work in Europe? Is it bi-voltage
Answer:	1800w total - 900w each burner. Most have maybe 1200w and 600w split" I wanted two burners with 900 each. It takes awhile for burners to get hot, but once hot they work great. I used this in my RV instead of propane cooktop. I have now bought an 1800w Induction cooktop. Wonderful, quick, but only one burner and most pots will not work with it. Easy way to check pots is to try to stick a magnet to it. If it sticks, you can use it. You can also buy a combo set with cooktop and pots and pans which is more economical. Check out both options.

Answer:	Sorry, I don't know exactly maximum temperature. When you turn on high, it takes about 5-8 minutes to warm up, after that it is very hot. When you turn off, it's still hot , about 5-8 minutes to cool down. I have used this product 3-4 years. I like it. I hope my answer helps you.

Answer:	It is 3 prong (standard grounded USA 120V) plug. By UL standards any heating appliance must be for safety.

Answer:	Yes, the only difference between this & other electric cooktops is that the elements are solid cast iron. I love mine no drip trays needed with one solid piece. Easy clean up, too.

Answer:	All I know is that it works in my sister's regular outlet on her kitchen countertop in Virginia, USA. I also know that it's a great little unit - I bought her the single burner style. She loves it and it's very efficient.

Answer:	This is a dry powder with cure packets. It may be used with ground meat in the powder form or it can also be used with 1/4 cup of water to make a marinade for sliced meat. Answer:	No timer or power switch. Just a temperature control. To time it, you would need an external timer switch rated for at least 700 watts -- the power rating on the heater/blower unit. The timer will need a three-prong (grounded) outlet, as well. One listed on Amazon is the "Woods 50009 Indoor 7-Day Heavy Duty Digital Outlet Timer with 2-Outlets."
Question:	My heating element no longer works..can it be replaced
Answer:	Beware! I replaced the fuse and seemed to work fine but found out the thermostat no longer kept the temperature that it was set at. It never cooled down and was not able to be regulated any more. It started to melt my trays and made them mis-shapened before I caught what was happening. Just an FYI for all us "do it your selfers" ou there! (Nesco Gardenmaster Dehydrator)
