Answer:	14 7/16” x 16 1/4”. There are 10 removable trays.

Answer:	Chrome are included. You can upgrade to stainless as an option. I use parchment paper to line my chrome trays for both jerky and fruit. My trays are spotless.
Question:	do I need to rotate the trays
Answer:	when you email LEM and ask why 5 trays of jery are done and 5 are still wet, they will tell you that you need to rotate trays and shuffle them. SO not only do trays 6,7,8,9,10 now go in 1,2,3,4,5... you also must rotate the fronts to the rears for perfectly even drys. Lem is working on a new patent design that guarantees 100% set and forget.
Question:	I noticed that lem only offers a 2 year warranty were excalibur products come with a 10 year warranty. sounds like they might not be durable
Answer:	Our LEM had a fuse go out very soon after we purchased it but we were able to fix it without a spendy bill. Yesterday we used our dehydrator to make venison jerky but ended up having to finish it in the oven. The heating unit now has a problem. I have used our dehydrator but it certainly not due to overuse. I use it occasionally...probably not more than twice a year.

Answer:	Yeah, I believe it will fit, mines a Magnum 330. Alot models share part numbers. If you don't wanna take the clutch cover off, I suggest you cut about a quarter inch off of the lower Bolt, after you get it out. It'll make it easier to put back in.

Answer:	This unit does not have a temperature gauge. It has multiple presets as follows: 104, 113, 122, 131, 140, 149 and 158 degrees Fahrenheit.

Answer:	Additional trays can be added; however, the items on any additional trays will not dry properly without rotation of tray(s) as the heat source and fan are not meant to accommodate this addition. We suggest only using the 5 trays provided for optimal results.

Answer:	This dehydrator only goes to 160 °F. USDA says poultry needs to be taken to 165 °F to kill the bacteria. From USDA"Why is it a food safety concern to dry meat without first heating it to 160 °F? The danger in dehydrating meat and poultry without cooking it to a safe temperature first is that the appliance will not heat the meat to 160 °F and poultry to 165 °F — temperatures at which bacteria are destroyed — before the dehydrating process. After drying, bacteria become much more heat resistant."
Question:	Is this loud or quiet? I had one before and the loudness drove me nuts to where I couldn't use it
Answer:	It makes a nice background white noise that you could use to help you fall asleep. If you want to set it on the kitchen table between yourself and someone else you're trying to have a conversation with, it is too loud for that. I don't think it was your food dehydrator that drove you nuts. ;)

The STX Dehydra 1200W is a “Multi Sectional” Commercial Grade Food Dehydrator

This Dehydrator comes in 2 Different Sections (Front & Back Sections) that you can Take Apart in about 10 Seconds and/or Lock Together in 10 Seconds. The Front (Dehydrating) Section measures 16.5" in Width x 14.5" High x 15.5" Deep. This is the part of the unit where the 10 Drying Trays fit in to dehydrate your foods. The Back (Power, Heat & Control) Section measures 16.5" in Width x 14.5" High x 4.5" Deep. When assembled, the Total Unit (also mentioned above) measures 20" Front to Back, 16.5" in Width and 14.5" High. Due to this Feature, you can take both parts of the unit apart and it makes the whole dehydrator much easier to clean. In fact, you could actually clean the front dehydrating section and stainless steel racks by using a pressure washer (on low) or your garden hose if you wanted. You, of course, could not do this to the back section as it has the electric motor (fan) and controls in it, but you could blow this section out with air. A lot of dust accumulates around the motor & fan and you want to keep this clean so it does not get clogged with dust and overheat.

Question:	i have a stack of trays from my original nesco from years ago. i measure them at slightly over 15 inches. will these trays fit this model
Answer:	I can't see why not. They're pretty easy to twist, bend, unwind, etc. Would think they'd be reasonable to cut

Answer:	I love these!! I have an "Egg" BBQ I use them in a firestarter( "Chimney) Bought on Amazon (looks like a coffee can with a handle. I put some charcoal in then separate a fire starter in a few pieces, put them in add more charcoal then a few more pieces, and then stick a few pieces around the top. Lighting them as I go. You will have a perfect fire in about 20-25 minutes. empty the chimney into the BBQ spread them around add the grill top and put on the steaks!!

Question:	What is the voltage 110 or 220 volt
Answer:	I have the black. I do believe there is a white. Maybe be under a different manufacturer name. We have had ours a couples of weeks. Makes awesome jerky and dried fruit.

Answer:	Yes it has a drip pan but very shallow and the racks go in the dish washer. I have not had to clean the inside of the dehydrator yet so I don't know about that.
Question:	what is the roll up sheet made of
Answer:	For future buyers - I received on 7/19/2020 an it came with 2 "pans" that work to both catch debris and work great as fruit leather trays. I just want 2 more
Question:	Is the interior of the machine steel or plastic
Answer:	You can buy more trays but only 6 will fit in this model. There is a model that will hold 9. So "extra trays" aren't really useful.
