Answer:	Yes, you can. Just remove the trays, put your yogurt in a container with a lid or plastic wrap on the top and set the Aroma Food Dehydrator to 115 degrees. Answer:	I have never noticed a plastic smell when using and I cook my jerky on high... I washed the trays before I used them and gave the interior a wipe down before my first use. Hope this helps. I love mine!
