Answer:	I believe this pan is made of cast aluminum with a nonstick coating. It makes "silver dollar" pancakes. I love using this pan to make my grandma's swedish pancakes. It reminds me of the one she used to have.
Question:	Will this heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Answer:	I use a second large fry pan that I spray with spam. After a few minute of medium heat, when the pancakes are bubbly and have formed, I flip the pan over into the second pan and they cook in a few minutes on low heat. Then I fill up the first pan again with more batter. Provides a more consistent texture to the pancakes and cooks it through.
Question:	Does this include the cook book. i see in some reviews it did not come with it
Answer:	i use it for eggs all the time. brush a little oil on the pan to keep it from sticking. Extra large eggs may over run the indentures a little. I use a fork and keep the eggs from running together when they first start cooking.. I also use a fork to flip the eggs.

Answer:	My Swedish grandmother taught us to run a butter knife around the edge of each pancake, slip it under and flip. All the kids were using this method at a young age, the trick is not to flip too early!

Question:	Is there any overheating protection? Will this isiler pancake maker cycle on and off
Answer:	Lefse are similar to crepes it is a Norwegian traditional potato flatbread similar to a thick crepe I have not done it the only items you add is the potatoes. I believe you would not have any problem by making them. I used mine and it was great. I also made the Spanish Galician crepes and they were great.

Answer:	no cant be separated .its all one piece.
Question:	What i the difference between the discontinued wsc160 and the new wsc160x? Looks like they are both still available
Answer:	The change that was made was not cosmetic. Aluminum was added under the cooking surface to provide a more even heating/cooking surface.
Question:	As instruction says for seasoning I turned it up to 570 degree and waited for "ready" light to turn on. 45 mins and it didn't. Whats the problem
Answer:	I'm guessing that the crepe maker is not working properly. I would return or exchange the crepe maker. The light should have turned on within 10-15 minutes. Hope this helps.
