Therefore, the High setting will still cook the food in a shorter period of time than the Low setting will. On High, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas on Low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. On the warm setting, your Crock-Pot® slow cooker will be between 165° and 175° Fahrenheit.
