Question:	Is the slow cooker setting high or low? Most recipes say 4-6 hours for high and 8-10 hours for low. Does it turn off automatically
Answer:	U.S 120 volt plug only. If you what to use in UK used the plug adapter it will burn out the unit. You do need the step down transformer from 240v to 120v with 5 amp. Search Amazon I find this "BESTEK Universal Travel Adapter 220V to 110V Voltage Converter with 6A 4-Port USB Charging and UK/AU/US/EU Worldwide Plug ". I am not working for Bestek just try to help.

Answer:	Had since 2016, and 1 small scratch on bottom, but the rim is more scratched. Not sure how that happened as we normally also are careful in what we use to wash and use rice scrapper.

I am a Prime member and this is still the estimated delivery window I am looking at post-purchase. Answer:	I have a stainless set from Coughlan that I have used for 25 years and been very happy with. I bought another set recently for my grandson and don't see any difference in quality. As to your question, I also have a titanium set from sea to summit. The serrated part of the knife is twice as long on the titanium, the spoon holds more than twice as much and the tines on the fork are slimmer and more readily pierce foods. And the titanium set weighs an ounce less (1.3 versus 2.4). Hope that helps.

Answer:	You can make 1/2, 3/4, 1 & 1.5 cup of uncooked rice. Any of these measurement the cooker will function properly. Important, Use the measuring cup provided. DO NOT USE OTHER CUP. The critical part is the water & rice ratio rules should be follow diligently to get good result.

Answer:	This is the small version. It cooks at most 1 cup of rice. It has no steamer insert unless I threw it out with the box. The full size version which I also own came with a aluminum steamer insert. Just a simple pierced rack that sits about 1/2 inch above bottom.
Question:	Is the non-stick liner coated with Teflon , or any other coating ? I'm trying to avoid Teflon coated products
Answer:	You ask an important question. Yes the removable metal liner is coated but not with Teflon, or not with anything that resembles, other than in color, any type of Teflon product that I can used. The coating is more like a paint that has been baked on. While thin, it does a fine job of preventing the rice from sticking to the inside of the liner.Note - the liner is durable but it's made of thin aluminum and can be bent if a user fails to use a bit of love when using and cleaning it. Also, don't use anything harsh or abrasive when cleaning the inside of the liner. Just put it in water just as soon as the rice is removed and cleaning is a simple matter. My unit is just outstanding. The glass lid is a perfect fit. The unit has a small footprint and over all, is well made.Another note - the lid has a small vent hole. As steam xscapes while cooking water can trip down the side of the unit and onto the table, not a lot, but that can happen. To completely avoid that, simply price a paper towel, folded in quarters, on top of the hole and end of problem. Also, don't use the maximum levels of water lies as indicated on the measuring cup. That's too much for the unit. Start with less than half measure of water/rice and work your way up to determine your portion size.The ONLY grip I have with it is when it stops cooking, the heating unit will never completely shut down. When the light changes color, you must allow it to sit for a few minutes to finish cooking the rice. I get that. But I still have to stay alert and remember that after a few minutes I still must go over and unplug it from the wall in order to achieve a completely shut down unit. Otherwise at some point the rice will become something hard and dried out (just like my ex-wife's heart).Other than that, you will not be disappointed with his purchase. Answer:	The lid is glass with a stainless steel rim, a plastic handle on top, and a steam venting hole that is about 5/16 inch diameter (this is not a rice cooker with an all-plastic hinged lid). My old rice cooker lid has a smaller steam venting hole that's about 3/16 inch diameter.

Answer:	I don’t know the answer to your question but, even with burnt on areas, mine cleans pretty easily with just soap, water and a little scrubbing. I also put it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean.

Answer:	I didn't buy the cookie sheet, either. Have the 9"x13" pan that is made of the same material and works amazingly well to let go of any baked goods. Not sure what you mean by "egg mix." If it's runny, you'd be better off with a deeper pan. Another item to try if you're baking breakfast rolls, burritos, fish sticks, cookies, etc is a Silibake pastry mat. Greatest invention since the toaster!

Answer:	When used at normal temps- 350/375- I’ve had no warping or popping. It states it’s not supposed to go over 400-something temp, and they mean it, because it’ll warp if you do but goes back down as it cools.

Answer:	I got the Zojirushi brand and have been using it since the day I bought it in September 2011. I've been using it almost everyday and never had any issues at all. Still to this day works like a charm. Given I never figured out how to set the clock on it but that's just my fault lol. Sadly can't tell you witch product number is the one that's made in Japan. Didn't even realize their was 2 versions of it.

Answer:	Yes one cup of rice can be cooked - be certain to use the exact amount of water measured on the scale inside the cook pot. Use the measuring cup provided with the cooker for the rice. I prefer to cook 2 cups of rice and allow the rice cooker to hold today's uneaten on warm for consumption tomorrow. It's still really good rice.

Answer:	Are Memory Foam Pillows Machine Washable? No, memory foam pillows are not machine washable. The squishy foam that supports your head when you go to sleep cannot be thrown into the wash with the rest of your linens. In fact, the constant agitation of a washing machine will break down your pillow or crack the foam.
Question:	I cook mainly with Jasmine rice and the Jasmine rice setting seems like it would be useful. Does anyone actually notice a difference when it's used

Answer:	I have the 20-cup Hamilton Beach Rice & Hot Cereal Cooker, but looking at the pictures of the 8-cup cooker, the closure looks similar. On the 20-cup cooker, there is a button release, which allows the cooker to be locked while cooking, but can be released when the button is closed. It does not stay locked like say, a pressure cooker. You should be able to add spices half way through the cooking cycle.

Answer:	Cooking pasta in a rice cooker is easy. No draining required. First, make sure your rice cooker can handle the amount of COOKED pasta–remembering that it doubles in volume when cooked. Mostly I make about 1 cup dry, 2 cups cooked in my rice cooker OR Then, carefully add the noodles to the boiling water. If the noodles are too long to fit in the pot, just break them in half before putting them in. Let the noodles cook until they're tender, which usually takes around 5-12 minutes. When they're finished cooking, drain them in a colander and serve.
