Answer:	Hi Ava - this appliance operates on household electrical power of 120 volts, 60 Hertz, at about 1500 watts. If you are camping where this power is available as a hookup, then you are good to go. If you intend to rough it without availability of electrical hookup, then you're out of luck.
Question:	Does that top frying pan remove for washing? Is it all using the same heating element
Answer:	never used the top, but I love everything else.

Answer:	I got mine for Christmas and I have to be honest, the oven does not have any temperature control so it is really just a flat toaster, and neither does the griddle. The griddle is slightly dome shaped to drain grease i assume but this causes your liquid items like eggs, pancakes etc to run off into the lid groves if the griddle isn't hot enough and it took 15-20 minutes to cook 4 slices of bacon and 2 eggs, another problem it has is that the heating elements for the griddle come on and glow extremely bright red for about a minute then turns off for about 3 min which makes for almost useless cooking conditions as the temperature of the griddle is constantly changing. the coffee pot works as good as any other 4-5 cup coffee pot. My rating of the product is as follows Appearance: 5* this product looks amazing Functionality: 2* because it will make coffee and toast good but does not function as one would expect from something advertised as a Toaster Oven ( which would have temp control) Griddle (again should have temp control) and coffee maker. Durability:1* sorry to say but an ordinary household sponge can scratch away the so called nonstick griddle coating and the rest is plastic and we all know how long plastics last in the kitchen so in closing you asked if it was a good one and I would have to say NO. I forgot to mention, although pictured to suggest all 3 features will work simultaneously the griddle and toaster will not work at the same time but coffee will work with either.
Question:	Does this come with a built in alarm clock so I can keep it on my night stand and cook breakfast without getting out of bed in the morning
Answer:	No, I don't think that it does. I don't know of any way to automatically set it. I leave the coffee ready to brew and when I get up in the morning I turn it on, set the toaster to warm and then do my morning bathroom routine and after I finish brushing my teeth the coffee is ready and the toaster is ready to toast. I love,this appliance.

This is absolutely the cutest thing ever it is smaller than an EasyBake oven and looks like a toy. The interior is literally one slice of toast size. I bought it to travel with and I couldn't be happier.

Question:	what are the interior dimensions - from lower rack to top
Answer:	The onsite specs do say, and I affirm, that the interior has sufficient space to hold a 9in round item in the interior. What needs to be clarified is the height. The effective clearance - that is the available space between the lower rack at the bottom and the heating implement at the top - is slightly less than 4in. An item with a height of 3.5in should fit, but one needs to be concerned with any food being close to the heat source. I would advise against cooking any food in this oven that will rise in excess of 3.5in from bottom of pan to highest point.

Answer:	It has two coils toward the bottom, one on each side, that toast the bread. I've had mine a few weeks and it works great. We love it.

Answer:	There are 2 panes of glass. The outer one remains cool to the touch. The inner one has a latch on the bottom, can be removed and cleaned that way. However, after owning this for about 3 months now, the inner window is still clean in mine.

Answer:	Dear Palmiter, Sorry not to reply sooner. I got this toaster foremost because I needed one. I picked this one for several reasons. The price is very good. It has a very narrow, sleek profile so it has a small footprint on my countertop. (The small footprint is important to me. I was very disappointed to discover that so few companies make new toasters with this feature anymore. There were a lot more choices when I bought my previous toaster about 10 years ago.) This one has a single extra long and extra wide slot that handles artisan breads plus other weirder things I like to reheat - like egg rolls, pizza slices, etc.. It has a window to see if something is burning, it has a cool touch surface, it is easy to clean, and it has the extra pop-up device to raise smaller pieces high enough to get them out safely. It also came in red (although the red is more of an orange red, not a true apple red.) I liked it so much after trying it out, that I bought another one and have set it back for when this one finally dies. The only down side is that sometimes I have to flip some breads during toasting to get even browning. (The best toaster I've ever seen for making the "perfect" toast is a $10.00 Proctor Silex from a "dollar" store that I got for my daughter's first apartment in 2012. It browns perfectly, but only has the 2 narrow slots and tips over easily.) Hope this helps.

Answer:	It came with a pan and the wire grate. Great oven. The only issue is that ours came dirty. We had to clean it. So don't be surprised. They are used and the manufacture doesn't clean them.

Answer:	Of course it's hot if you touch it, but I didn't notice any ambient heat in my kitchen or in the area of the toaster oven. It is much cooler than using a regular oven in your kitchen.
Question:	Is the element under the cook rack? In the oven I have now sometimes cheese will drip onto the element and burn and that is undesirable
Answer:	Yes, the two uncovered elements are directly under the cook rack. But I wrap the included baking sheet in foil and place it on it's separate rack just beneath the wire rack and that catches all drips while still allowing my toast to get crispy (I make little french bread pizzas). I prefer it to my last toaster which had small metal covers over the elements that the cheese would burn onto.

Answer:	Turn the bottom knob to the right to preheat the oven/set the timer. Turning the knob to the left to the "stay on" setting let's foods cook w/o utilizing the cooking timer.

1. How to check if the unit works or not?

There is a button to open the interior light, so you can check the food status to see if it works. In most cases, once you click the button “Start", the timer starts to count down, it means the oven is working.

2. Why the coils don't turn red?

The surface of the heating tube must reach 752 ℉ before it becomes red. The oven working mechanism is: When the oven starts working, the heating is continuous, the tube's surface temperature is as high as the tube's inner heating temperature. After working for a while, the heating temperature gets stabilized, the heating tube is heated intermittently, so the tube surface temperature cannot reach 752℉, the coils don't turn red.

Answer:	It get's pretty hot on the top, you can touch the sides but just for a few seconds before it starts feeling too warm. It does emanate quite a bit of heat as well. I wouldn't recommend for child use.

Answer:	I think it actually toasts faster than a conventional toaster. I have both and no longer use my conventional toaster at all. Love this little toaster oven!

Answer:	The exterior gets very hot - I wouldn't place flammable items near the oven. The handle stays fairly cool. When you open the oven door, you do get a blast of heat. I really like it better than the $19 toaster we had, as it works quickly and the toasting is pretty even. Great for reheating pizza!

Answer:	I don't personally know because I bought this for my dad. I would imagine that it does get hot because it's an oven. Every door on every toaster oven I've ever had gets hot to the touch, but the handles don't so you just have to be careful when opening it. :-) I would think that the lift up door would help prevent burns, it's the main reason I got this for my 91 year old dad. He loves it.
