Answer:	I have this oven, and it indeed CAN make cookiee, cakes, bread, pizza, and anything else a conventional oven can make.
Question:	what are the interior dimensions
Answer:	I was surprised to find how different the usable interior dimensions are compared to the specifications. The specs say the interior is 18" deep by 17" wide by 12" deep. The actual usable depth is about 16", a full 2" less than the spec. That assumes the pan or whatever is smaller than the large window; otherwise subtract another 1/4" to allow room for the bevel around the window. If you measure from outside the cover over the rear heating element, which takes up most of the rear wall, it would measure another inch, but you can't really use that space unless maybe if you're cooking 4 shish kabobs, each in a far corner of the oven. And no matter where you put something and no matter it's shape, if it's 18" deep you aren't going to be able to close the oven door. As for height, the instructions say never to use the bottom rack, except for the boiler pan to catch drips when grilling. It says never to cook anything on that bottom rack shelf. The height from the bottom cookable shelf to the top broiler heating element is 8.5". So that's your usable height. My wife's tallest cooking dish, with domed glass lid, is slightly too tall. Maybe we'll take a chance with it on that very bottom shelf, which is about 1 1/4" lower. Not sure why they don't want you to cook on that very bottom shelf rack, if the cooking dish is small enough to allow plenty of airflow around to get underneath. Width, on the other hand, is very slightly more than the spec at 7 1/4". That's the actual usable width for cooking dishes etc., not the (wider) rack slot width. Our experience, in addition to that tall dish with the domed glass lid, is that none of our cookie sheets fit lengthwise, but all but one fit sideways. That one has unusually long handles and is about 17.5" long, and was a tight fit anyway in our old 1980s GE.

Actual length of 14" inside is shortened by elements inside oven by roughly 1", technically a 13" X 9" baking dish would fit, but only if it does NOT have handles and I've never seen one! My husband & I are thrilled with our new Cosori. Ken is obsessed w/ toasting & air frying! I usually do the cooking, now he's getting into it and it's so much fun cooking together. Rotisserie chicken breast is our new fav. We are so thankful our old TO died or we might not have known there was such an amazing TO w/ Convection, AF & rotisserie! Answer:	No, it will not fit a 12" pizza. According to the Crownful website, "The inner size of this air fryer oven is 25.7 x 23 x 17.7 cm or 10.9 x 9.06 x 6.97 inches (L*W*H)."

Answer:	Refer YouTube "Instant Omni Plus Beginner's Guide and Review" by Lana under Pressure, dated Jan 27,2020, where she stated that she contacted the IP Company and they said that the non-stick coating on the Omni PLUS is not made of PTFE nor Teflon. Note carefully: 1. That no mention was made what the non-stick coating was made of, and 2. Lana said that if you're leery of non-stick coating, then go with the Omni, and not with the Omni PLUS which has the non-stick coating.

Answer:	It doesn’t smoke. I put a piece of bread on the tray when I baked the bacon in it the first time because I read that it would. (I cooked 20 oz of bacon by cutting the pieces in half and putting them in the rotisserie basket. 1/4 of the bacon at a time.). The second time I air fried it and didn’t put bread and it didn’t smoke.

Question:	Is it safe to use aluminum foil for baking , e.g. to cover the baking tray
Answer:	Thank you for your question, Margarita. Aluminum foil can be used on/around the food being cooked, and on/around the bake pan. However, be aware that using aluminum foil changes the heating characteristics of the oven, and may lead to unpredictable results. Never use aluminum foil on the crumb tray, the floor, the walls, or along the entire rack. Doing so will cause overheating, and improperly manipulates heat reflection, leading to poor results.
Question:	Is it ptfe or pfoa free
Answer:	It looks like stainless steel inside and out - I do not see any coating on it, I would not have kept it if it had. The inside is shiny SS and the outside is brushed SS. Very nice oven -- I'm a nutritionist and I like that it uses crystal rods for the heating elements - all the others in this class use aluminum. Not that I've seen any studies regarding this, but crystal seems a little better than heating up aluminum.
Question:	Would I be able to fit two slim (cookie sheet) 13x9" pans at the same time? (assuming I get a 2nd rack
Answer:	Yes, if your can find a second rack but.... you will not get an even bake. You can not successfully cook a pizza, pie, bread pan, roast, whole chicken etc. This oven does not get to 450 no matter how long you wait and does not have clearance for anything like bread or whole chicken roaster even on the bottom rack which I would not recommend for an even bake. Toast does not cook evenly either. If you are cooking small meal for 2 or reheating fine. This is not going to replace your full sized oven if you are a cook or baker.
