Question:	Does this mixer have a slow speed
Answer:	It is not slow. Bothers me too. Haven't found a hand mixer yet that has true slow speed. I have to hand mix first so flour doesn't fly in the air. Liquids can also be a problem even at slow speed. Also, this one is much smaller than most hand mixers and won't stand on the side of a regular mixing bowl. It's a back up, but i don't use it much.
