Answer:	No, the door has not fogged up for me and I use this anywhere from 20-100 times a day for work.

Answer:	Don't know if there are any vents but I can tell you that the glass in the door has a tendency to steam up. Once it does, it takes a while for the moisture to dissipate. Answer:	When I bought this microwave, I was astonished at how loud it was. When my previous microwaved died - I knew it was happening because of the change in sound from a quiet fan noise to a much deeper sound. When I installed this Farberware microwave, it immediately was the deeper, louder sound. If I programmed this Farberware to cook at power level 3 the loud sound went on and off during the cook cycle. So I read the one star reviews more closely and noticed there are some significant patterns of failure of this unit. I did call the Farberware help line and they said, "That sounds about like the one in our break room" ( I cannot make this stuff up!) So I returned mine and bought another brand from Amazon. The replacement unit operates at the expected quieter level.
