The celery attachment for the MM900HDS makes it a better unit than the J8006, J8007, and J8008 it is modeled after. The NC Series is a more elite series than the J8006, J8007, J8008, and MM900. The biggest difference is when comparing the MM900HDS to any of our J8006, J8007, or J8008 Models. The MM900HDS has a new "celery attachment" that helps the unit extract just a bit more juice out of celery and other firm items. The J800x series still do a very good job. I cant figure out why so the bag i put in the catch container im now folding up over that crease to minimize the spray mess. and... the pulp is wetter than it was in the beginning. I just run it back through another time or two, i still get good juice but disappointed its only been a month and im already having issues. After the money spent, Im already thinking about my next juicer... :(

Answer:	Cleanup is not as simple as described in the instructions. The two-part strainer tends to trap pulp which is inaccessible between the sliding parts. Over time mold is created between the layers. The strainer can be disassembled and cleaned but it needs to be done carefully to avoid breaking the parts which just snap together. Answer:	Try googling "how to make soy milk" for instructions. I don't think there is any "juicing" involved. The plastic cover on this model cracked, making it unusable within a month of daily carrot juicing. Manufacturer refunded the purchase price.

Answer:	You can juice lemons, HOWEVER, it is not recommend to insert the entire lemon (peel specifically). The reason has to do with taste. The white layer between the fruit and peel does not leave a good taste (same for oranges). Peel it first then juice. Also, though not positive about this, the citrus peels do contain oils and that may cause eventual damage to the screen.
