Answer:	There are THREE options...depending on which one you pick determines whether or not it needs oil. There is a LARGE one, and XL, and then the last option is Oil-less...
Question:	Is there a basket with dividers included for cooking seafood or chicken, or just the open basket that you can put the turkey in
Answer:	The one pictured here I did not get, I got one that has 3 legs and is electric, but it has a basket but online good for poultry cooking. 12lbs turkey is about max size too. But works great and turkey was great.

Answer:	I haven't cooked fries with it at this point, however I have cooked the wingettes and they came out perfectly. So I imagine fries would workout just as well.

Answer:	I don't think this reheats fast enough for commercial use. It does a good job with the first I item you cook, but it takes 20-30 minutes to get back up to the needed 375 degrees before you cook another batch.

Question:	The easy out bunk bed basket is pictured with the additional items. Does this actually come with the set
Answer:	The basket does not come with the package. Also this accessory package is not really for the SRG. The leg racks are too small but you can make them work if you don't mind being creative (though Char-broil does have leg racks for the SRG). I contacted Char-Broil and they do not have a half basket for the SRG so keep that in mind as well.
Question:	Are there two different size accessory kits? My bunk bed rack and the drum stick rack need to be bigger to fit
Answer:	The two racks fit inside the basket and are a smaller diameter. The tangs and hooks on the drumstick racks sit on any level on the basket. The bunk rack sits inside and the handles hook any of the sides. It is a little tricky to do.
Question:	Will this work with the butterball grease less fryer
Answer:	This Accessory Kit is designed for the Char-Broil Big Easy. We are unable to confirm if it will work with models created by any other manufacturers.
Question:	Can you cook breaded chicken in this? If yes, does it taste like regular fried chicken

Answer:	Yes there is a thermometer included and because the glass lid steams up the lid needs to be lifted to see the temperature. The turkey was well cooked and was delicious. So easy and it freed up my oven.
Question:	can you use a rub on the turkey
Answer:	Absolutely, rub on some olive oil and rub in your favorite seasoning. I let it sit like that for a few hours before putting it in.
Question:	Does it come out like a deep fried turkey or a brown oven cooked skin type
Answer:	Our Christmas turkey came out crispy like deep fried turkey and was actually so much better, no greasy after taste. The whole family could not believe it was air fried!!! Amazing. It held the 15lb turkey to full capacity, and crisped all the way around.

Answer:	There are 2 versions. Mine is electric and can be used indoors. The propane one should be used outside. When we get ready to smoke meats I will use it outside.

Answer:	I would not call the lid air tight but I haven't had any problem with anything getting in the fryer. I use my fryer so much I change the oil (canola) about twice a month.

Answer:	The manual says 20lb turkey at 375 is 3.5-4 minutes per pound. So 70-80 minutes total cook time.
Question:	How much peanut oil needed for Masterbuilt turkey fryer
Answer:	When cooking with oil, always fill to the maximum fill line. This is approximately 2.5 Gallons (11 quarts). Boiling or steaming, you can choose to fill water to the minimum 1.5 gallons (6 quarts) or the maximum 2.5 Gallons (11 quarts).
