Answer:	To reheat, use a microwave at 50% level for enough time to almost get the food hot enough to eat, then destroy the sogginess by finishing in the air fryer at 370 for about 3 minutes! This is fast and it gives you the best of both appliances!
Question:	What is the dimension of inner frying basket
Answer:	It is 7" across and 3 1/2" deep with the fry plate in for air frying and 4" deep for cooking without the plate. The plate keeps the food off the bottom and allows air to go around the food. It is plenty of air fries for two people but for a family you may want to go with the bigger unit. It takes 3 minutes to preheat and about 20 minutes to air fry a load. I recommend this and love using it.

Answer:	The back vents very hot air while in use. The manual recommends you have at least 6” clearance from the wall and any other objects. Other than the back, the unit doesn’t generally get hot on the exterior.

Answer:	A: I agree, there should be a better explanation of what the size is. From looking at the pic, I assume the face of the unit is the largest number for the width and the smallest number for the height. Then the depth is the middle number. With that it should fit under top cabinets that are normally 18” above the countertop. I’m trying to fit it in a certain spot, so these measurements are important. A picture with the measurements superimposed would be helpful or noted as such (19.3” wide x 10” high x 15” deep)

Answer:	The description is listing the shipping box dimensions:23 x 17.5 x 13.5 inches and the exterior dimensions: 19x15x9.5 inches. The interior dimensions are approx: 12.5x11x5.75 inches of usable space (you have to allow for the heating elements at the bottom and top). It will accommodate one of those aluminum half pans that caterers use over warmers if you use the edges of the pan to slide into the grooves where the racks and baskets go. If you just put it on the rack, you have to bend the aluminum pan slightly inward at each end. I just measured mine because I need to find another small dutch oven to slow cook in it.

Answer:	Due to the spinning action of the Rotisserie spit, it is not recommended to place anything larger than a 4 pound chicken on the spit. The interior capacity of the actual unit can hold up to a 10-12 pound bird will roasting, not while placed on the Rotisserie spit.

Answer:	Crispy enough for me ! I have not done my own from scratch. . . . just the ready to heat and eat wings. Don't think you'll do wrong with this item ! Mentioned to a friend just yesterday, that I got rid of my trusty toaster oven that took up more counter space, as the Air Fryer does as much and more than it did ! Enjoy. . . BTW I see that it's on special ! ! My son paid $129 plus tax etc. . . it's $71 at least briefly ! !

Answer:	I did not see anything in the book about being BPA free but you can call them at 888-792-2360 or [email protected] for any questions about the Secura unit. Hope this helps but I can say I find myself using it more and more.
Question:	is the cooked food soggy on the bottom
Answer:	I made breaded chicken tender, thinly sliced pork tenderloin, fried green tomatoes, breaded cauliflower, etc. non of these became soggy. When breading, first dip in flour, than into an egg ( I add oil into the egg mixture) than into the breading. I mix raw potatoes with oil and seasoning. When cooking, shake 1/2 thru to prevent sticking, and they will always be crispy and delicious. Again, no sogginess. Bought another Secura for a relative.
Question:	How long does it take to make food
Answer:	You have to be specific about what you want to cook with this question. A full basket of frozen chicken wings takes about 25 to 30 minutes to air fry. A defrosted rib eye steak takes about 6 minutes to cook, depending on how thick it is. Hopefully, this helps give you an idea. There are lots of free airfryer recipes online that will tell you how long you need to cook things and at what temperature.

Answer:	I fell into the same delay as you with 4 to 5 months when I ordered the BLACK GoWise 3.7 air fryer. I called Amazon Customer Service 1-888-280-4331 and had them change my order to the PLUM colored GoWise 3.7 air fryer which at that time was IN STOCK. There was no way I wanted to wait for 4 to 5 months. When you get into the colored versions of the air fryer they cost a few dollars more but for less than $10.00 it was worth the switch from BLACK to PLUM. Answer:	Set your rack in mid position in the middle one and then use I can counting with the light at the bottom over for it looks like a pork chop with steam coming out of it

Answer:	I don't see the difference. It's about the temperature you set and for how long.

Answer:	It does not get hot on the front. Didn’t check top and sides. I am returning this oven because it has 8 functions but no roast or bake and the users manual has few instructions. I have the digital version of this oven. The recipe book is written for a different oven. It refers to settings that don’t exist on this oven. It also cooks hotter on the left side of the oven but air frys well.
Question:	Why the power button keep on flashing when the oven is off
Answer:	Just seems like they set it up to do that. The manual also says to unplug the whole thing when not in use, so maybe they figure flashing all the time when plugged in is helpful. I think it looked silly and annoying. But maybe I am sensitive.
