Answer:	I haven't personally cooked a whole chicken but I have cooked the deconstructed parts of a whole chicken in ours. I have no doubt it could but if I did I would could it breast side down .

Answer:	Did you mean the 9641/96 and the 9641/99? I think they're the same, except the 99 comes with a cookbook. Either way, they are both phenomenal and have really changed the way I cook. Get either and you'll be happy.

Answer:	Hello! the only deference with the two models is the packaging and the accessories.
Question:	I have what i believe to be an older version of the xxl digital fryer. the pan only contains 1, deep, four sectioned area. this new one has 2 layers
Answer:	Yes, there are two layers. There is an insert below the basket that channels grease and drippings into another similar looking 'star' chamber below it. Both are removable as is the entire basket holder. It's sometimes difficult to get theses 'star' plates out. The slits in the top plate are very narrow. I don't think this particular model has an 'earlier' version. It's relatively new - hard to find 8½ inch pans at this point.

Answer:	You can glue the door back on if they won’t send you another one. You just have to make sure it’s in the right spot. It will not run if not placed back correctly because there are sensors in the handle/door. This happened to mine, I glued it back and works fine now.

Answer:	I asked a similar question and this airfryer (HD9741) is 120v intended for the US market. I'm not sure why it's listed as 220v because that's not what it says on the product box.

Answer:	You can cook quite a bit. If you are concerned they make a XL version that is a little larger. In this particular 2.75 qt size I can get 4-6 large chicken tenders, 5-7 pieces of fresh fish with Cajun seasonings, enough tater tots for 3-4 people. The food cooks so fast that you can cook for your entire family in 1/2 the time. We use this almost daily. I highly recommend!!
