If you are doing milk based - chicken soup - pot pie ... take chicken brest and cut into 3/4" pieces and press the chunky soup program and start. Chicken Enchilada uses chicken tenderloins hut in half. Frozen corn, thawed then select pureed soup program and start. Shrimp could be either way I'd put cooked. Easy to buy that way. The instruction booklet is a good start. Make your own and versions. I will make some jam in a week or so.

If you buy this, grab a few of those to throw on this and if you cook anything like breaded fish sticks, just spray some oil on the pan to keep it from sticking. Just set that on top of the included pan because the included pan is a NIGHTMARE to keep clean, even with a nice dishwasher!

Question:	How does this compare to a toaster oven? I see a lot of people say you can put things like fries, wings, etc. on it
Answer:	If you have a really nice toaster oven like a Breville or similar, then this will not compare. If you have a cheap toaster oven (around this price point), then this is less likely to burn or make the food very uneven (at least based on my experience) It is not any faster. The advantage for me is it cooks Pizza including French Bread version without needing to warm up the big oven. It does not need to preheat. So depending on your needs it is a great device, for us it is 1 device for most of what we would do in the oven. I hope this helps

Answer:	Since I got mine over a month ago, I plugged in and I honestly have never unplugged it after that. Since I use it to store formula every night, it stays on for atleast 8 hrs a night and then I just turn it off using the switch at the back when it is empty or when I wake up in the morning. Answer:	yes it's non stick. I use it all the time and there is no stick for me.
Question:	Will my steak taste like a steak on a grill or like a steak on a George Foreman grill which no offense is pretty gross and steam instead of grilling
Answer:	Definitely a good question. I had the same question and issue with the GF grill. I bought this HB Grill and it is great. Great searing and cooks like an outdoor regular grill. Marinate or season your steak however you like it and it will come out perfect. Of course, you won’t have the charcoal flavor if that is what you use for your outdoor grill, but the other flavor, texture and searing will be there. (I personally think it comes out juicier on this grill than the regular outdoor grills). I also found that this HB grill made it easier to get the cooking level you want; for steak; I.e. Medium, Medium Well, Well Done etc.
Question:	the removable grill plate has plug in attached. Is it ok to get that wet when cleaning
Answer:	Yes the booklet says it can be washed, the only thing you can't wash is the base it plugs into. However I don't put mine in the dishwasher and when I wash it I don't let it sit in water. Like my old George Foreman I find its easier to clean if I put wet paper towels on the grills surface while its still hot and shut the lid, this steams off a lot of the baked on marinade I use...

Answer:	I don't own one yet but after reading all the answers here, felt inclined to share. Cooking over a stove top is best for pots and pans with thick bottoms. If what other reviewers here are correct, this pot has a super thin bottom which means you can transfer heat through it but due to the thin-ness of the bottom, high heat will likely cause it to warp. And it being nonstick may leak toxicity to your foods. I wouldn't risk it. The base pot that comes w the IP has a thick bottom and I heat stuff over the stove with it at times. Never on high heat however as I'm cautious but have no basis as to whether you can or can not. I rather air on the side of caution than to ruin a pot.
