Answer:	I don't own one yet but after reading all the answers here, felt inclined to share. Cooking over a stove top is best for pots and pans with thick bottoms. If what other reviewers here are correct, this pot has a super thin bottom which means you can transfer heat through it but due to the thin-ness of the bottom, high heat will likely cause it to warp. And it being nonstick may leak toxicity to your foods. I wouldn't risk it. The base pot that comes w the IP has a thick bottom and I heat stuff over the stove with it at times. Never on high heat however as I'm cautious but have no basis as to whether you can or can not. I rather air on the side of caution than to ruin a pot.

Answer:	I fell into the same delay as you with 4 to 5 months when I ordered the BLACK GoWise 3.7 air fryer. I called Amazon Customer Service 1-888-280-4331 and had them change my order to the PLUM colored GoWise 3.7 air fryer which at that time was IN STOCK. There was no way I wanted to wait for 4 to 5 months. When you get into the colored versions of the air fryer they cost a few dollars more but for less than $10.00 it was worth the switch from BLACK to PLUM. Answer:	This thermometer cannot be manually calibrated. To test the accuracy of the probe, we recommend testing at a "known" temperature such as an ice bath or boiling water. This thermometer has a margin of accuracy of ±4°F within the operating range of 14°F to 572°F (-10°C to 300°C). If you have any trouble with the accuracy of the thermometer, Maverick has additional probes available and would be happy to provide replacements. Thanks!
Question:	What is the height specifically? I need to know if it will fit under my cabinet
Answer:	Not a very reliable method. There are many products you can use that you can put inside your oven to monitor the box temperature.

Answer:	I have looked up online and found answers - Youtube on how to use all of the accessories. Some of the Youtube videos were very helpful with suggestions also.
