Answer:	3.5 qt
Question:	It says "wide". Is this different than the regular 3-1/2 qt dutch oven? If so, is it as good? It's a lot cheaper, that's for sure
Answer:	Yes it is cheaper and different than the regular 3 1/2qt. It is more shallow. This means that it is flatter giving it more surface area with walls that are not as high as the regular. I think it is a steal. If you are only cooking for one or two it will be your go to. It is also ideal for side dishes or quick meals. I have a 5 1/2qt and 7 1/2qt dutch oven and 3 1/2 braiser. I still use the 3 1/2 qt shallow nearly every day!!!

Answer:	well I came up with a little over 11 pounds,first I weighed myselfthen grabbed the LeCreuset and reweighed..the difference was 11.6 pounds.

Answer:	A 2-quart wouldn't be very big and if you do any entertaining then it will be too small. So I would say the 3.5 quart is a better choice.

Answer:	Technically it does, yes. But there are still certain foods that I cook for which I will spray the rack with Pam or olive oil spray. Especially if the recipe calls for spraying the rack, even if it technically has a non stick coating. I like it. The pan is nice and heavy and the rack seems to be of good construction. I haven't had any issues with mine thus far.

Answer:	It seems that you are not an experienced person. Tell me about my experience. I hope it will be helpful to you. Each of the three models has its own merits. I use the Flex edge all the time and it is great at keeping all the batter in the bowl and it pushes it to the center, where it can get incorporated into the mix. I love this little beater. I use it much more often that the regular beater, and I even use it on thicker mixes and it works just as well. But For example if I'm mixing dry or adding powdered sugar in the mixer. The flex edge beater tends to make a mess if you are not careful and you end up with sugar all on your working surface.
