After pulling it apart I found cheap plastic gears that were stripped of their teeth. I can't find replacement parts online and I emailed manufacture no response yet. My advise spend some the extra cash and buy a STX, because that is what I will be doing soon. I'm sure if I get another set of gears it will only be a matter of time before they strip too.

Question:	Does it use metal gear
Answer:	Yes air cooled ... there is no issue with this. Typically I grind 60 lbs meat in one setting and have done numerous times at 70 degree ambient temperature

Answer:	I'm not sure about the #8. I have the #12 and I suspect I could grind a Volkswagen with it. I wouldn't be surprised if the #8 could grind COOKED chicken bones, but if you're concerned about it, get the #12. I push semi-frozen venison through this thing and I have yet to even slow it down. You won't make a mistake going bigger but you might by going smaller.
Question:	is this made in china
Answer:	I do remove the skin when grinding chicken. It does have a tendency to get wound around the mechanism so you have to clean it frequently.
Question:	will it grind bone as well as meat
Answer:	Lem approves the use of their #12 Big Bite grinder for chicken bones, and it will not void the warranty. Obviously the 22 and 32 can also do chicken bones. I own a 12 Big Bite and grind chicken bones, and rabbit bones with it. It will also do turkey bones but you must first cleaver chop into smaller pieces. I make my own dog and cat food with my #12 Big Bite.

HELPFUL TIPS

- When making burger from wild game, add a minimum of 10% fat to meat. This will give the burger moisture, but not make it fatty.

- Suet is not recommended as the hamburger will fully cook before suet melts causing suet particles to remain.

- When making sausage, add at least 20% fat with meat and grind it like burger. Mix the seasoning with meat after the first grind and then grind the mixture a second time.

Answer:	The carriage that allows you to feed an item into the slicer pulls out to about a distance of 10 inches between its handle and the surface of the blade. So you could cut something 10 inches in diameter for a 10 inch slice. You could potentially make a longer slice, but then you would have to feed the item in by hand and need to watch your fingers...
Question:	Are blade & the chopping plate (the round thing with the little holes that the meat comes out of) STAINLESS STEEL also? I'm looking for a 100% unit
Answer:	The 615 is very easy to break down for cleaning. Lol, I have 5 thumbs when it comes to mechanical engineering, and even I have no problems. It's not a complicated piece of equipment. I think it's one of the best designed slicers out there. Especially for the money.

Answer:	A little WD40 first and a snug fitting large screw driver. After once removed the screws come out easily.

Answer:	We do a lot of beef jerky. It does slice it raw, but not great. However, it works phenomenally when it's partially frozen.

Answer:	This slicer would probably slice small pieces of frozen meat such as narrow sausage rolls. I mainly use it to slice jerky meat, which I partially thaw before slicing. Two items should be noted about this slicer: (1) the blade must be removed for proper cleaning and (2) the instructions were not written by someone knowledgeable in English.

Answer:	Great question! The answer is that it's safer without the seatbelt. We (I work at Razor) had a seatbelt on the first version of the Cart (red chassis), but started to see videos of kids spinning fast, letting go of the steering and leaning out of the carts' triangle of stability (the triangle between the 3 wheels), and tipping the entire cart over because they have a seatbelt on that is strapping them to the cart - a.k.a. NOT a good situation! As such, we did a bunch of testing and found that it's actually safer if a rider can get freely off/away from the cart.
Question:	Will this work to grind small fish (6" and smaller) into chum
Answer:	It only has 10 calories for every 2 scoops if I remember correctly. I don't really notice a difference when I take it when I haven't eaten yet for the day and when I have. I've started using the 6 scoops as a preworkout to get a little boost without all the side effects I get from actual preworkout when I do workouts that cause my heart rate to stay high. Doesn't leave your body feeling full like a protein shake if that's what you are actually asking. Leaves it feeling like you drank flavored water.

This grinder runs (under no load) at 600 Watts and runs between 600 Watts and 1200 Watts (under load). The peak output power of this product is 3000 Watts and the mathematical equation for conversion of Watts into HP is 1HP = 746 Watts. 3000 Watts divided by 746 equals over a 4 HP "Rating", but please note that this grinder does NOT have a 4 HP motor in it. This is a "RATING ONLY" and is not to be confused with the motors that come in Commercial/Industrial Meat Grinders that have actual 1 HP to sometimes 1.5 HP motors in them. Answer:	I can make it reach half way across my sink (approximately 10-11 inches) when I extend it out completely from both pivot points. (At the base is one spot and the 2nd pivot is where there is a bend on the metal arm). Having them both points extended fully makes the faucet head close to the sink. The faucet also can be very compact also which is nice with big pots, etc.
