Answer:	If you have the 07061 griddle, the cooking surface is 22 x 11.5 inches (without handles), the full griddle is 2.5 inches high, 26.25 inches long, and 11.5 inches wide. Question:	How many standard size grilled cheese can you fit on this griddle? I cook for 16 people once a week so size is a big factor
Answer:	I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. The griddle is 22 inches long and can accommodate a lot of food at once.
Question:	Is the non-stick surface PTFE and PFOA free
Answer:	According to Presto Customer Service the only model they have that is PTFE and PFOA is model 07115, which is a skillet versus a griddle. Here is their response "Our current model, stock number 07115, is ceramic coated and does NOT have PTFE or PFOA. All other griddles do have PTFE and PFOA."

Answer:	Hello Christi R.; Yes this grill/griddle does a decent job on steaks. Just turn the ribbed side of the cooking plates up, and wipe or spray on some cooking oil, and preheat. My experience with this unit has been when cooking any meat items that grease builds up at the center ridge and needs to be pushed off into the drip pan. This usually means that due to heat and capillary action the grease is pulled up under the cooking plates, where it drips onto the heating element, and smokes like a outdoor BBQ. grill. Anything that does not burn off collects in the tray under the heating elements and will need to be hand cleaned out. Other than the almost useless drip tray My results have been good. Hope this helps.

Whenever I use it, I will spray a little bit of cooking spray on a paper towel and then wipe over it and I usually don't have any problems with anything sticking. You might want to use a little bit of soft scrub cleanser and let that sit for a bit to see if that will remove the stain. I do that when I do get sauces stuck on it. Question:	Whats the difference between the black one and the silver color
Answer:	I have this stainless steel (silver) one but from my previous research the previous model (without the stainless steel accent) didn't have a hinged glass lid like this one and they re-designed the slide tray where the water is put to prevent smoking. The previous model also, didn't have ceramic non-stick coating I think. Otherwise, no difference that I can tell - same controls and cooking temp. This model also doesn't have the free griddle plate (it's free but you have to pay approx. $16 ship/handling to get it).
Question:	What makes the surface nonstick? Is it coated with something
Answer:	It appears to be a "Ceramic" coating which is the best non-stick from an environmentally safe perspective. The coating is very effective at preventing sticking and it's very easy to rinse off. I don't use any soaps/chemicals to clean it because they degrade the surface and the non-stick will break down - rinsing with hot tap water and wiping with a wet rag cleans it well enough.

Question:	Does the temperature fluctuate or the heat turn off when temp desire is reached
Answer:	The heating element controller has an indicator lamp that glows amber as the unit is warming to the desired setting; when that temp is reached, the light goes off but it will continue to maintain that temp until reset or turned off. I do not know how closely the controller is able to maintain the set point but the conductivity of the griddle is good with no noted "hot spots", and it cools rapidly when turned off. If you have an infrared cooking thermometer you could "map" out the surface for variation.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "adjusted". If you're talking about an ability to adjust it for the thickness of food you're cooking, no, there isn't. If your food is soft or fragile, expect to wind up with a pancake. If your food is tougher, like a steak, then you shouldn't have a problem. The lid has three "stopping points": closed, open, and "open flat", where you can use the lid as another half of a griddle. Also be aware that there is only one style of plate for the lid: the flat "griddle" plate. It does not have a corresponding "grill" plate. (The plate is, however, still removable for cleaning.)
Question:	Where can I find a replacement drip tray
Answer:	You will have to contact Hamilton Beach. Mine cracked and leaked bacon grease everywhere.

Answer:	The cooking surface is not stainless it’s more like a Teflon type surface. The outer part is stainless and good quality. I like it and it is well built, however I do not think it should be priced this high.

Answer:	Wolf is a top tier cooking product. We have a GE Monogram range with a built-in griddle but only use the Wolf now. It's really impressive in both how well it cooks and easy to clean.

Answer:	The lid is a thin stainless cover it is vented but not insulated. It covers the grill not really a roaster.

The screw is a 3/4 inch flathead screw.
