I ruined mine because I did not know about heat deflector until after I got hot spots after using my sizzleq on gas barbeque for two years without any problems I bougt a camp stove top and then got hot spots. Answer:	I have chopped up everything possible you could think of......I bought it just to chop up items for stir frys, but, it works for all. My griddle fit perfectly in the bbq where the lip of the griddle was held by the grates. I bought another grill but haven't tried the griddle on there yet. If the griddle is set on the bbq, watch out that it doesn't slip while chopping or cooking.

Answer:	Not really. This easily helps remove dead skin from my feet during my shower (after they’ve softened a bit from the hot water) but won’t help keep feet less sweaty which where the smell comes from. Maybe you could use together with a foot soak product.

Answer:	Yes, I have the same griddle. Just pay attention to the drain tube on the front bottom of griddle, to make sure it doesn't hit the top of your stove. griddle does warp SLIGHTLY/NOT RADICALY because heat is not applied evenly, but this griddle is close to commercial grade.

Answer:	I returned it, along with another stainless steel griddle -- I couldn't get it to heat evenly on a gas stove. I ended up with a steel 23x23 griddle, which I love. (It still has four hot areas above the burners, but not the scorching hot spots of the stainless. Steel conducts heat much better than stainless.)

Answer:	With steel, you make it nonstick yourself by seasoning it when you first get it. Seasoning basically consists of coating it with oil and cooking it off multiple times. After seasoning it, you simply apply a little oil or butter before you cook and it there’s no stick.

Answer:	This is a carbon steel griddle, I seasoned mine a couple times with a full griddle of bacon, now I can cook whatever I want with just some type of cooking oil, I never wash, just scrape the stuck stuff off, & wipe it off real good. Put away oiled. You can't go wrong with this unit.

Question:	is this unit a 110 volt that can be plugged in anywhere
Answer:	I wiped off the assembly oil with multiple paper towels. To season it i just got it really hot while adding oil and smearing it around (did mine outside because it made a lot of smoke). Look up Blackstone i think they have how to videos
Question:	How do you recommend cleaning off the oil for first initial use? What is the recommended way to season the griddle? no instructions included
Answer:	I just received my griddle yesterday and wondered the same thing! The product description specifically states CAST IRON Cooking Surface. The cooking surface is SILVER in color and does NOT appear to be made of CAST IRON, to my husband and me...? All other cast iron products we have purchase new were BLACK in color, PRIOR TO SEASONING. So.... still wondering...
Question:	Ok I've seen to totally separate answers to the following question. I would like to know conclusively is this a cast iron plate or stainless steel
Answer:	If you clean it well ( I used no fumes oven cleaner) And a stainless scrubber, you're good to go. You will never have smoke from the flat top. I guess it is Possible with it turned up full blast and a fattier piece of meat maybe you could get it to smoke. I cook chicken and burgers, no problem there. I also bought a Nemco Grill Scraper, a must if you own a flat top. It's not cheap but worth every penny. I also bought extra blades. Probably never even need them as I don't use the grill everyday.
