Answer:	Actually that was the same concern I had so I tried it cautiously several times and it seems to do the job. Example; on the main larger burner I’ll Be boiling potatoes and on the smaller burner I’ll be warming chili or the like and have had no problems. Other units I’ve had couldn’t do that. Also I can operate the microwave without popping the breaker. Of course I have all the appliances connected to a surge protector. Toaster Oven, Toaster, Microwave and the two top ceramic burner. I love the unit and highly recommend it.
Question:	Can you use 2 pots at the same time ?i don't want the unit to over heat and die out

Answer:	The information I learned is that this electric hot plate can be heated from 392F to 1166F, and this electric furnace is suitable for light frying and not suitable for long-term high-temperature frying. You said that the fried lamb chops are no problem, I usually use it to fry fish. Very easy to use, convenient.
