Answer:	Well... Sometimes they are hard to open at first. They are rather stiff when new. There is a tab on the front that u slightly pull forward while pulling up on the lid. Above that the little worthless freezer is 4 inches tall by 13 inches deep by 16 inches wide. The door container area is a nice 6 inches deep by 14 3/4 inches wide by 27 1/2 inches tall. Defrosting is a minor hassle by it's still working fine after 11 months.
