Answer:	Yes,it can.The rug packed well with a vacuum bag which will make the sponge little thinner than its original, but it will be restored 3 or 4 days later and will not affect its usage.

Answer:	The floor of the box is 10 1/2 by 6 inches. The top of the box (under the lid) is 12 1/4 by 7 1/4 inches. I don't know how large 12/13 sneakers are...so I guess you will have to measure them to see if they will fit inside.

Answer:	Very small. Not sure what type of food to put in there...suitable for baby food...or other small quantities of food. They seemed to be of good quality and we are currently using them to hold nails and other small items in our tool box.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by label specs. They don't come with labels. I used Avery #5160 to label ours (roughly 1"x2.5"). I think you could also use a 2x4 size label if you need more space.

Answer:	Not recommended. As a pantry chef, when I make whipped cream constancy is crucial. A bladed mixer just can't maintain the consistency needed.
