Answer:	I use mine to make bullet coffee: coconut oil blended with coffee to make a creamy, non-dairy sort of latte. I've also used it to make oil-based dressings. So, yes! It works very well for that.

Question:	Has anyone washed the blending arm, chopper adapter, and whisk adapter? The manual said wipe adapters with a damp cloth. I prefer washing it though
Answer:	I used it on mine....it does discolor when it gets wet (mine turns a lighter shade of grey) but when it dries it's back to normal. Not sure about heat resistant....I use hot pads or trivet under hot items so haven't noticed a difference. It's not bulletproof but definitely an affordable way to make an easy change for your kitchen counter-tops. I love mine!

Answer:	if the tiles have deeper grout lines you will not get a smooth finish with the film You will need to fill the grout lines with clear acrylic caulk smooth it out, let it dry and then apply the film.

Answer:	In the picture of this particular installation, the center island was wider than our film so the buyer laid 2 drops of film and matched them up (like wallpaper) and had a center seam. The film was then wide enough for the surface and the film was heated with a blow dryer and pulled over the edges and up underneath the surface. Then trimmed down under the island.
