Answer:	This warmer holds only 8 towels. Not enough!! I had expected and thought it would hold more. It takes too long for the towels to get warm/hot. I must arrive at 3 hours early to ensure they are ready for the client. Not good!

Answer:	You would use this, by wetting towels and adding an oil to them for scent if wanted, ring out the water to keep them damp, roll up towel and place in hot towel cabby. Plug in, push the power button on the right front side and it will start to get hot. You can do this with dry towels as well. Do not leave wet towels in it overnight, turn off overnight and keep the door open. Enjoy! We love ours!

Answer:	Yes, well, I think so, haven't tried it yet myself. Here's the thing though, if you want to try it, and now that you mention it, I am going to try it now as I make Ginger Tea all the time by slicing the Ginger Organic Raw root into about 6-8 pieces, boil water to then add them, boil up then turn down let on mid/low for 10-15 min, mind you may have to add bit of water to not dry up, then drain, put Stevia, bout 3 drops, done! But, now have all these root pieces usually throw away. I am not sure but going to try recycling but also will do fresh, like the recycled for breads, baking, etc, then the fresh for smoothies, add to avocado dips, etc. Now, the Blender has 1, 2, 3 speeds, to the right, on 4th it is Ice Crushing setting and last or 5th position is Smoothie setting, starts on 1st or low speed for bout 5-6 seconds then, if left on, will go for about 1.5 min to 2 min on 3rd speed before Auto Shutoff kicks in..To do Ginger Paste in this machine I would start with Pealing the Ginger, slice/chop the Ginger into small pieces, then put small amount for testing, into blender then use 1st speed Manually, for short periods until you see what you want, may try 2nd speed if not enough breakdown to paste. Also, may want to add a little Water if paste too thick. I hope this helps, going to do it as sounds like a good thing to know, happy health to ya!

Answer:	It does crush ice rather well actually, but you have to sometimes take the mixing cup off of the base and shake it up a minute; if you put the ice in last, it can jam against the blades it seems. I usually put the ice in first, so that it's on top when you go to start blending. Don't overload it, and I wouldn't try to do ice on its own, either.
