Answer: They seem to work with mine. Once in a while I have had gaskets leak steam at high pressure, but this happens with these AND the original. I suspect the problem may be with my failure to seat them properly or it may be because of the after market SS inner pot I use. If I needed more for replacement, I would possibly buy these again. Recently I also bought "Sealing Rings for Instant Pot Accessories of 6 Qt Models - Red, Blue and Clear, Sweet and Savory Edition - 3 Pack BPA-Free Food-grade Replacement Silicone Seal Gaskets for Instpot 6 Quart". I have only used the red one and that only with after market "Genuine Instant Pot Ceramic Non-Stick Interior Coated Inner Cooking Pot - 6 Quart". That combination worked very well for a chicken thigh soup with a non stick saute. I use the original and SS pot mostly for pot-in-pot with a round Corningware F-5-B on an "OXO 11249500 Good Grips, Pressure Cooker Bakeware Sling Red". I hope this helps and is not TMI

Answer: No, there is no seal around the glass lid. I've used this slow cooker about 20 times so far and have had no problem with anything spilling out. Having said that, though, the lid is not a tight fit; but it has an elastic clasp that holds it well in place if you are transporting the cooker somewhere. It does not need the elastic clasp when it's just sitting on the counter -- unless you are concerned about kids bumping into it.

Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking.
