The Bag Sealer has a temperature adjustment dial that allows you to adjust for more sensitive plastic films or heavier duty plastics. You can also physically adjust the time the heat is applied by holding the handle down longer or shorter amounts of time. So the bag sealer should cover a wide range of applications successfully.

Question:	can you buy just the sealer
Answer:	Sorry but , no it wont.The circumference of a 4 inch jar is over 12 inches. The pouch is 6 inches, but it's an envelope shape, that is, flat. Total material is 12 inches. Just smaller than your jar.
Question:	Would the 6x6 bags work for a jar 4 inches wide and 3 inches tall
Answer:	If you mean that your bath bombs aren't holding together then you have too much liquid in them.... You literally only need like a half a tea spoon for your using a ratio of 1 cup baking soda as your main ingredient.... Use a whisk to distribute the water melted coconut oil (don't use refined cause it doesn't solidify).... Then over pack both sides of the mold and press together letting the rest fall back into the bowl.... And you can give it a little twist then remove gently and place somewhere to dry (I normally do it at night so it has all night to dry) you can also bake them at 350 for 20 mins if u don't have the time to wait but be prepared for air bubbles to form on the surface from the escaped liquid and air.... My sealer didn't work either but I found that it was easier to still put my bath bombs in the pockets and fold in the extra and blow dry it cause even when my sealer did work the seams would pop when I blow dried it to shrink and without the sealing there is extra space to cut open the package without damaging the bath bomb
Question:	It’s not holding together and the sealer Fdo not seal
Answer:	ours is a Christmas present so we have not used it yet. That black ring is caused by a chemical reaction with the metal. Maybe lining the bomb with plastic wrap before stuffing it to keep the material from etching the metal may work. It may be the oils you added to the bomb that reacted to the metal. If they are aluminum that should not happen, if they are tin, then that is why the ring.

Answer:	Hi Lisa.... yes it does, when it is not in use it looks exactly like the photo is pictured.

Answer:	Yes it will, but only if you are very careful. You'll have to experiment to get it just right because it's very hot and made for more rugged bags. I've used impulse sealers for many years, and I've done it. If you put a sandwich bag in it on the lowest setting and only hold it down for a split second, it will seal. I will also probably cut off the bag at the seal. For this type of bag it's more like cutting by melting, and sealing at the same time. Again, it can be done, but it takes practice, and it is NOT what the sealer is made for (no setting for it).

Answer:	I used these to seal soap bars. You have to insert the item into the bag. One end is open at this point, and you need a heat sealer to close this end. It is very easy and cheap to buy on amazon. After this, use a heat gun or even a hair dryer might work to shrink the bag around the item tightly. I thought these were great for what I needed! Just would recommend low heat for the cookies. But i think it would be doable.

Answer:	Not sure. But keep in mind, the sealer was designed to use the smaller one. A wider strip would require more to heat it up. Be mindful of the mechanical / electrical parts getting too hot. It may be fine with cool down periods or it may fry it. Check the manufacturer would be my guess

4.If you find that the heat sealing machine has a strange sound during the movement, it may be that the transformer is a bit loose. You can tighten the four screws of the transformer and you can use it normally.



5.Keep the surface of the sealing machine clean to avoid the oxidation of residues, so as not to shorten the life of the heat seal.



6.Do not wipe the sealing surface with a damp cloth.



7.If the gasket under the heating belt is damaged, the short-circuit surface will damage the heating belt. Therefore, each time the heating belt is replaced, the integrity of the gasket should be checked. If damaged, replace with a new one.



8.When it is necessary to change the heating belt, the heating belt with the same specifications as the original one should be used.
