Answer:	I brew roobios using the "black/herbal" selection button, 205 degrees. A very good tea!

Answer:	The majority of the parts of the kettle where water or steam touch are stainless steel or glass. There is a narrow rubber seal that connects the stainless steel burner to the glass pot on the bottom and also a rubber seal that helps secure the metal lid to the top of the pot but that is it. I returned several electric kettles before I bought this one and this was the only one that didn't give the water a plastic/chemical taste. Mr Coffee must use a better quality rubber seal than other brands. Hope that helps!

It's rated as the #1 hot chocolate maket. I've had a few over the last 20 years. My last one died right before Thanksgiving. So sad. I LOVE my Cocomotion but not enough to spend $150.00!!! Answer:	The holder is made of cast iron and listed as "Rust resistant and made with heavy duty metal." My holder is still coated and I don't think would not rust unless the coating gets chipped or scratched. It seems fairly durable. However, the phrase was "rust resistant." My holder arrived with no chips or scratches.

I wound up redesigning the pressure switch and "re springing it" the factor was absolutely no help. Bottom line if you are using it for 100 Psi should be Ok.
