Answer:	Very short, less than 2 feet I'd guess. It's difficult to find places to put the clock unless there is a very close plug in.

Answer:	sometimes yes, sometimes no... I have to say this because it is IR remote control, if you put two clocks together and if they take the signal from the same remote control at the same time, the two clocks can start at the same time. However, they may not take the signal at the same time sometimes. So, I have to say sometimes yes, some times no... Only one solution by this, which is to make the two clocks connected with a cable and mae the two clocks work as one. But this needs to be done by us. So, if you need it, please send us an email by Amazon and we can talk in details.

Answer:	I'm not sure. I use it to count up not down. But I've never heard it make a noise of any kind.

Answer:	Sure, I bought separate wall anchors for $15 (2) on stud. They work well. Also suggest buying extra grips and connectors from HomeD for less. Nice to have extra handles so you don't have to stop and change. Also recommend buying with less high weight elastic because lower weight high reputations are healthier unless you are going to the big muscle build which few have the time or desire to super achieve. Women will like you just fine with a trim body less the bulges, LOL
Question:	I want to wire this into a light switch so i can flip the power on and off. Can i set a predefined time to start counting down when power is turn on
Answer:	There is a lot of different hardware you can attach to the bands so it varies. The actually rubber part of the band from clip to clip is approximately 45inches. I measured the 5lb and 3lb bands, but I'm pretty sure they are all the same length. I hope this helps :)
Question:	Approximately how long is the cord
Answer:	I have purchased both Bodylastics and Black Mountain. While the quality of Black Mountain seems acceptable, I returned them based upon their limited usage directions of one year only.....I will be using my bands much longer than a year personally and training clients. I found them (Bodylastics) to be of excellent quality and have several clients that have purchased them as well and are also quite pleased. I own the 31 pcs set (lower resistance bands proved to be of little use) and have since purchased the individual bands with handle attachments. I hope this information was helpful. Be blessed.

Custom Your Training Time

You can use the custom timer to build your workout by the remote controller.

Countup/Down

Create a desire time and press start key to start from desire time to 99:59. Timer will be beep when reaches to 99:59.

CountUP Mode: between 00:00 and 99:59 (up mm:ss) CountDown Mode: [dn MM:SS]. from [dn 99:59] to [dn 00:00].

Stopwatch

StopWatch Mode: [MM SS:MS]. from [00 00:00] to [99 59:99].

Press start key begin to count up from 00 00:00 to 99 59:99.

Press stop key to pause.

Press reset key clear back to 00 00:00.

Answer:	Don't thinks so, manuel guide does not indicate process to disable battery save mode.

Answer:	Until the timer loses battery life or is rest, it wil keep the last time set to it for each use unless changed

Answer:	It sounds loud. Very loud. I returned it. Basically a loud alarm sound. It also makes the same sound when you set the time. It's a great timer if you don't mind loud.
Question:	Is this loud enough to be used as a sleep timer for naps and still wake up deep-ish sleepers
Answer:	Pending on how deeply you sleep, it could work well It is fairly loud, and persistent. If however the battery starts to run low it does beep fewer times, but still just as loudly I use mine practically every day and only found the beep # issue once in months of use. And once you change the battery out it goes back to normal

Program Digital Clock

When plug in the timer, it's running in clock function. If the clock is running in other functions, press Clock button to enter clock function mode. Press Edit button on the remote to adjust your clock to your local time. Follow the below steps to change:

Click Edit button-->Input time-->Press OK button to finish the setup-->Press 12Hour or 24Hour button to adjust time display mode.

[H1 HH:MM] means the time is running in 24 hour display mode. For example, 8pm displays [H1 20:00]

[H2 HH:MM] means the time is running in 12 hour display mode. For example, 8pm displays [H2 8:00]

100-minute Countdown Timer

You can set up at most 100 minutes under the countdown function. Start from [Dn 99:59] to [Dn 00:00]. You can also set up any start time below [Dn 99:59]. Follow these steps to program your countdown timer:

Press Edit button-->Input your start time-->Press OK button to save your time.

The countdown starts to run the time you set up all the way to [Dn 00:00]. You can stop/start the time or start over by clicking on Reset button.

The timer will make a beep sound for 3 seconds when it hits zero.

10 second countdown preparation time applies to this function.

100-minute Count-up Timer

You can set up at most 100 minutes under the count-up function. Start from [UP 00:00] to [UP 99:59]. You can also set up any stop time above [UP 00:00]. Follow these steps to program your count-up timer:

Press Edit button-->Input your stop time-->Press OK button to save your time.

The count-up starts to run the time from [UP 00:00] all the way to the stop time you set up. You can stop/start the time or start over by clicking on Reset button.

The timer will make a beep for 3 seconds when it hits the stop time.

10 second countdown preparation time applies to this function.
