| Answer: | Yes, all you need to do is hit the minute button til it stops at 2 then hit the seconds button til it stops at 45. Then hit start and it will start the count down. It has an auto memory so if you hit start again (after previous count down) it will once again count down from 2min. 45 sec. over and over until you input a new setting. |

It is marked in minutes and seconds, and each has only two digits. So it appears that the highest it will go is 99.99 (99 minutes, 99 seconds). My other electronic timer is that way too. |
