Answer:	I'm sorry that I cannot tell you right now. They are at my winter home in Florida and I am now back to my summer home in Canada, but I can tell you that they are great. I used them for a low country boil and they held a lot of butter for the duration of the feast. A good buy. Very satisfied.

Answer:	I measured it. To the rim is 1/2 cup, above the rim- almost flush with the top is 2/3 cup. They are wider than I thought.

Answer:	Just tested it to be sure- 5 in a row and no problem. I hold my hand around it so the shell doesn't go flying but it has no problem cracking the shell.

Answer:	Yes it will. I eat Pistachios often (roasted) and sometimes one of the shells are not popped open from the roasting and have to be cracked. This is really designed for bigger nuts such as walnuts, Brazilian nuts, pecans, and seafood but works fine on Pistachios.
