Answer:	I was "gifted" a "broken" one of these because after the first button press the whipped cream wouldn't stop. I learned that it was because I used granulated sugar and it didn't dissolve before the cream was used, and a crystal got wedged in there. My solution was to make a rich syrup and use that every time. I haven't had a problem since then...it works perfectly. A rich syrup is two cups sugar to one cup water, boiled/simmered for 10 minutes, cooled, and put in a squeeze bottle. Instead of using two tablespoons of sugar, use three tablespoons of rich syrup.

Answer:	Can't you bend your original back into place? I have a 6 quart lift model and a 5 quart Kitcheaid since 1983 and have had to shape a tine or two back into place every now and then without any problem...they work fine. They're not jet turbines or anything like that that needs to be an exact shape.

Answer:	I don't have laboratory-grade calipers, so using my steel rulers, in U.S. units, I measure 7 11/32 inches (18.653 cm) high by 6 8/32 inches (15.875 cm) wide for the KN211WW. That compares to 7 inches (17.780 cm) high and 6 6/32 inches (15.716 cm) wide for the 6-wire whisk that came as original equipment when I bought my mixer. I measured height from the top of the table. From the top of the hub where the wires are attached, the KN211WW measures 6 8/32 inches (15.875 cm) high, while the 6-wire whisk measures 5 13/16 inches (14.765 cm) high. I hope this helps.

Answer:	The label on the box says "use with mixer models: KT26, KV25, KJ26, KB25, KP26, KB26 ,KD26, KH25" I have a 5.5 quart lift bowl model KV25 and it fits.

Answer:	Our Easy Whips are for cold cream applications. the internal parts are not meant for soda water and cannot propel water out. You need a Soda Siphon or a SodaMaker Classic for soda water. Thank you.

Answer:	Buy 1 pint (16 oz) of heavy whipping cream and pour it in. Only use Whip-It brand cartridges- insert the cartridge. Screw down the cap until you hear all the pressure relieved. Don't unscrew the cartridge cap, just leave it screwed in until all the whip cream is used. After pressurizing the cream, give it 5-8 good shakes, slowly pull the trigger over the sink to get it going. It sputters a bit at first, then it works perfectly. You can use it for up to a week. Keep in fridge. Shake a few times before each use after being on the fridge. I mix in a ounce of vanilla when I pour in the heavy cream for flavor. If you want it sweetened, use only confectioners sugar.
Question:	This holds 2 cups of cream, right? Can I use only one cup if that is all I need

I bought it to decorate pies, mainly, but found that the longer it sits, it collapses (I could be doing it wrong, but read directions several times and tried several times). Question:	Does one leave the charger on the unit or take it off before dispensing whipped cream
Answer:	The manual says it can be used for warm or hot I'm not sure but I personally would stay under boiling tempature and never heat unless it is in a balth of water off of the stove. As tempature rises so does pressure, it will already be under pressure and NO2 is flammable. It should never be heated on a gas or electric stove top or you might end up with a grenade.
Question:	What is the max operating temperature of this whipper
Answer:	The N2O chargers are standard I use the cheapest unit price I can find.You do have to buy in a large volume but chargers have an indefinite shelf life.The best Price I last found was for Ms. Cream - Leland N20 Whipped Cream Chargers and they work fine But pricing can change regularly.
Question:	Do I have to use whip-it brand cartridges, or can you use generics
Answer:	Yes, everything you need except the chargers (cylinders of N20) that you will use to pressurize the creamer. You should order those separately
