Question:	Are these heavy enough to stay on bottom, or do they float
Answer:	it is definately a two pack...so verify part number and maybe open a corner and make sure you are not mistaking them being stacked on each other? Mine came with two, and a had "2 pads" or such printed right on the packaging... so if your part number matches the amazon item that says 2 pads and you really got 1, they mispacked and owe you one. do note that the two are different colors... as far as I know you can't buy two of one color. every pack comes with two, in two colors, regardless of size. As far as I know...
Question:	I have an 8 inch wrist, will it fit me
Answer:	I line dry mine indoors & it take's 24 hrs. on a fairly warm day. On a cool day it takes maybe one or two more hrs.. I bought six of them so I'll always have enough to replace the ones that are drying. I wash two or three at a time when needed in cold water on delicate cycle & add some vinegar in the water which helps to keep them smelling fresh. Hope this has helped.

Answer:	I use these for my piggies too! One is. Skinny pig so he’s hairless but the other one is a standard American short hair. Hair doesn’t stick too bad but the hay does. I use the bristle brush over the trashcan (same brush I use to scoop poop out with) before I throw them in the wash. These are a fantastic fleece alternative. I change them out every 2-4 days depending on how soiled/smelly they are. I scoop out their poop twice a day, once in the morning and once at night ... some hay comes off when I do that too.

Question:	How many ounces or milliliters is this? the description says 750 ml, but the photos/images say 600 ml/20oz. but the details of the product say 15oz
Answer:	I have not had that problem with my cat, but I do know it washes up like a dream. I use a mild soap and warm water when I want to clean it well. I don't immerse it, but wipe it with a sponge and rinse and dry it.
Question:	How do you charge this cup
Answer:	There is a gel inside that somehow stays cool. I put it in the car when we take our golden with us it helps him stay cooler then he would be without it. He sleeps on it all the time. He use to go in our bathroom to lay on the cool tile floor at night but now he sleeps next to the bed. My dog is 15yrs old and he has a hard time in the heat and this has helped him a lot.

Answer:	I have been buying these since 2014 with no issues. I buy a new one every year because my dogs use them so much they end up a little beat up. I still have all the old ones I bought and just spread them out all over during the summer. During cold season I fold it up and throw it in my garage. I don’t even put it in a box. I think when I pull them back out and they are a little stiff but eventually soften back up. I highly recommend this brand of pad. After in write this I’m actually buying another because now my cat wants one lol. My dogs are both laying on one as I write this. I love this product.
