Answer:	I grind flax seed with this grinder. It turns flax seed in to a fine pulp I use for my smoothies. I use two tablespoons of flax seeds in this grinder at a time, pulse it a few times and then run it continuously for about 10 or so seconds and the flax seeds are nicely ground.

Steps

Step 1: Open the top cover (clockwise, counterclockwise).

Step 2: Pour the dry material into the crusher.

Step 3: Close the lid.

Step 4: Plug in the power and turn on the switch.

Step 5:When the sound is stable, the smash has been completed.

Step 6: Turn off the power, open the top cover, and pour out the crushed material.

Step 7: Finish, clean with a brush.



Precautions:

1. The pulverized material does not exceed half of the pulverizing tank. The height of the comminuted material is not lower than the blade.

2. The pulverized material should be kept dry and free of moisture and grease.

3. When starting, if the blade is stuck by the crushed material and the motor can't run (beep), please cut off the power immediately to avoid burning the motor, then remove the block, check the fuse and restart the machine.

4. Smash the hard drug into a powder for 1-2 minutes. Do not operate the machine for more than five minutes in a row for a long time. You can use the unit at intervals.

Answer:	Not sure what you’re question is but I can say I that this works well on belts and discs used for wood working. I have a belt grinder i use for sharpening knives it works on that pretty good. If u sand a lot of glue or stuff like plastic it doesn’t do so good.
