After pulling it apart I found cheap plastic gears that were stripped of their teeth. I can't find replacement parts online and I emailed manufacture no response yet. My advise spend some the extra cash and buy a STX, because that is what I will be doing soon. I'm sure if I get another set of gears it will only be a matter of time before they strip too.

How to Use?

1.Assemble the Meat Grinder.

2.Choose a no water and smooth counter and place the meat grinder on the edge,press it to expel the air from the suction cup, then turn down the knob to make the suction base suck on it .The ceramic or glass counter top is best work for the powerful suction base.

3.Place meat in the funnel (not hard frozen meat), place the pusher on top and turn the crank clockwise.

4.Roll back four times or more in the opposite direction when the handle of the meat grinder is very hard to shake with force.

Notes:

1.Insert the knife part in right direction (edge facing the grinding plate) as the pictures shows.

2.Please grind the meat in clockwise direction.

3.Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water before first use and wipe with dry cloth.

HELPFUL TIPS

- When making burger from wild game, add a minimum of 10% fat to meat. This will give the burger moisture, but not make it fatty.

- Suet is not recommended as the hamburger will fully cook before suet melts causing suet particles to remain.

- When making sausage, add at least 20% fat with meat and grind it like burger. Mix the seasoning with meat after the first grind and then grind the mixture a second time.

Answer:	No it’s a coarse meat grinder. Use a food processor for peanut butter

Answer:	Grinding bone is a bad idea. Look up the BARF diet and yes, grinders can make raw dog food. We do 80/20 blend in coarse grind and do the 80 as a percentage of lean meat and and heart and liver. Its all human grade 100 percent grass fed pastured farm animal.
Question:	Will it grind nuts? Fine enough for peanut butter? Don't mind if it is coarse
