Answer:	Hi Linda, The ladder is my husband's so I asked him and he said he isn't sure since he never weighed it but his guess is approximately 60 lbs., give or take. Hope that helps! Have a great day! :)
Question:	How much does this ladder weigh
Answer:	The only way to prevent it from falling over left or right is to keep all your body within the ladder. You can extend an arm out, maybe 3 feet away. If you start pulling to hold yourself with your other arm, you start to pull the ladder to that side and only then you run the risk of starting to slide to that side. You can use standoff bars, etc, but I would not trust these. Also to make sure the ladder is well balanced, first set it to the proper inclination as indicated on the ladder.. in general, as the tip of your feet are just under the first rung, extend your arms and your fingers should rest on the rung at the shoulder level. Then to balance it step on the first rung, grab the sides and swing back just enough to lift the top off the wall/gutter it rests on. The ladder should remain vertical. If it sways one side of the other, you need to reposition it or prop one of the feet. I hope these partial tips help, and there is more to know to operate a ladder safely, be careful!

Answer:	It's not just yours. The Hub failed to recognize half of my Insteon devices here. In one case it failed to link to an Insteon KeypadLinc so I plugged it into an outlet two feet away from it (I know it's on the same branch because I did the wiring) and it still failed. It also fails to link to a couple of classes of Insteon devices: the In-LineLincs and the relay devices. I have two pairs of repeaters here too and it's a small house.

Answer:	Use bond bridge bd-1000 product. It is basically a universal learning remote for both RF and IR signals of 1000's of remotes. Just record and learn the x10 buttons from your x10 remote for on / off for each of your x10 sockets/devices. You'll still need the X10 transceiver(s) plugged in because bd 1000 is basically replacing your x10 keypad. I'm using it for 15 X10 plugs for Christmas and bond bridge integrates as an Alexa skill via their Bond app. And I can say "Alexa, let there be Christmas" and all the lights come on! All of the devices you setup in the Bond app will be in Alexa then. I even have my two Emerson ceiling fans in there. Bond is one of the very few smart hubs that can learn multiple common RF ranges (and IR). There is another that's half the cost of Bond called Broadlink RM4 Pro that should work but I haven't tested it.

Answer:	Wow, they pay for returns! Most company's make you pay, & it costs a lot to return-like 300-400 Bucks!
Question:	Are the measurement engraved or comes off when washed
Answer:	It is VERY easy to assemble. I did a video with my review so you can see how quickly it can be done. They give you everything you need to assemble it in the package and the directions are spot on. I had my son help me, but I don't think you NEED someone to help you, it just makes it a little easier.
Question:	Are the sizes on these incredibly easy to read? I have poor eyesight and seem to have problems with all that I have tried. Thank you
Answer:	the seat itself is wide but it has wing-like parts on each side that could get uncomfortable if you are a bigger person or have wider hips. USUALLY if you put a seat cushion there it makes it more comfortable, but the actual base of the seat in-between the wings is 14.5 - 15". I posted a video of assembly and you can see at the end the top down shot that shows how far up the wings protrude.

Answer:	Probably China, like everything else, but honestly don’t know, sorry.

Answer:	I'm not certain but, they are of very high quality. According to customs law, any product not made in the US has to have the country of origin on the product. Since OXO does not have a COO on this set (or the matching measuring cups set) I would assume that they are made in the US, or at least mostly made in the US. OXO can, for instance, bring in a mostly formed metal measuring spoon but then put more than 50% labor into it by finishing it (smoothing, grinding, etc.) and making the plastic and magnetic pieces and attaching them, etc. So, it'd difficult to say but if you're worried about quality, that's not an issue. If you prefer to only buy US products or elect to not buy from China, you are likely buying something that is mostly made in the US.
