Answer:	I would not use it on your engine. This cleaner is an acid base that might do damage to your hoses and wiring. You mix it with water so you could weaken the mixture and it might be safe to use. My advise would be to have your engine steam cleaned.

Answer:	One of my brackets came loose n the top shelf and I couldn’t put it back. They sent me a whole new shoe rack. They were very quick about it. You should be able to go to your purchase and contact that way if not contact amazon.

Answer:	Just send message to the company it’s through. When I put mine together I had the top part pull apart they just sent me a whole new one. They were very quick to respond.

Answer:	I contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures of a broken board mine came with. They sent me a new cabinet. For a dsmaged hinge, I would assume they would replace the hinge. Either way, they were very responsive. They are a small business.

Answer:	If I recall correctly, the assembly tools were supplied with the shelf materials. Starting with the bottom shelves you need to install and lock the bolts, and then complete the hinge assembly for the top. Orientation is important so the worker needs to observe the construction of the shelves. The process took me about an hour.
