Answer:	This spiralizer is designed to work with 120V, 60 Hz AC power source.
Question:	What dust cover will fit this
Answer:	I am not sure I would look at the specifications and look at the brand online to see what should fit.
Question:	are the blades stainless steel
Answer:	I couldn't tell by looking at the blades, and there wasn't any evidence of this is the booklet.
Question:	How high is the food chute? Will it hold an entire length of zucchini or a carrot? And is the motor in the food pusher or in the base unit
Answer:	The food chute height isn't the issue, it is the width. You pretty much have to carve some vegetables down to size to use it. I bought it because I have a bad hand and it is hard to do beets and hard vegetables on the Paderno hand crank spiralizer. This one works well for that purpose but the small tube limits its usefulness and I find myself using the Paderno most of the time. The motor is in the base.

How To Use:



1.Place the machine on a clean, flat and stable surface. Press down on the machine base to firmly secure it suction cups to the counter top, for safe and easy operation.

2.Choose a blade and slide it into the slicer's blade holder until it audibly snaps into place. Take care to avoid directly touching the blade's sharp surfaces.

3.Secure a fruit or vegetable into the slicer's food holder.

4. Rotate the turning handle to move the piece of fruit or vegetable towards the slicer

Answer:	Yes, it does. The item works fine but I will say I wish I had bought one that had a handle to crank. I sometimes find it a little difficult to keep a seady pressure on the vegetable to make uniform spirals.

Answer:	You would need to reach out to the manufacturer for the blades.

Answer:	It turned most of what I tried into either mush or it just partially grated the food. I tried sweet and regular potatoes, carrots, and zucchini. I ended up returning it for a manual type of spiralizer.

1 carrot, peeled and cut in half

1 Granny Smith apple, cored

1 medium beet, peeled

2 green onions, finely sliced

3 tbsp olive oil 4 tsp honey 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp poppy seeds 1 small shallot, minced 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper

WHAT TO DO

1. With Bella Spiralizer on ribbon setting, spiralize cabbage, carrot, apple and beet into long strands, trimming with clean kitchen sheers as needed.
2. Vinaigrette: Whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, honey, mustard, mayonnaise, poppy seeds, shallot, salt and pepper until blended.
3. Toss vegetable and apple ribbons with vinaigrette until well coated. Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.

What You'll Need:

4 medium zucchini

3 egg yolks

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley, divided

2 tbsp olive oil

4 slices bacon, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper

What To Do:

1. Trim ends of zucchini; cut into halves or thirds. With Bella Spiralizer on spaghetti setting, spiralize zucchini into long strands, trimming with clean kitchen sheers as needed.
2. In large bowl, whisk together egg yolks, 1/3 cup cheese and 1 tbsp parsley; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook bacon for about 5 minutes or until golden brown but not crisp. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Stir in zucchini noodles; cook for about 2 minutes or until tender.
3. Add zucchini mixture to egg yolk mixture; toss. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.

What You'll Need:

4 thick broccoli stems, trimmed and peeled

3 tbsp vegetable oil, divided

1 lb peeled deveined large shrimp, no tails

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp minced fresh ginger

1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce; 1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp chopped pickled ginger

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

What To Do:

1. With Spiralizer on spaghetti setting, spiralize broccoli stems into long strands, trimming with clean kitchen sheers.

2. Heat 1/2 of the oil in wok or large skillet set over high heat; stir-fry shrimp, garlic, minced ginger, salt & pepper for 2-3 minutes. or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

3. Heat remaining oil in same pan set over high heat; stir-fry broccoli noodles for 4-6 min or until tender-crisp. Stir in teriyaki sauce and lime juice; bring to boil. Cook for 2 mins or until broccoli noodles are just tender. Top with pickled ginger and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
