Although the i-Series model is currently unavailable here on Amazon, I did see two of them in a HomeGoods store selling for $9.99 each. It looked like a very nice smooth masher. Answer:	I have not made spatzle with this but the largest hole size disc should be fine for making it. The biggest problem is control of the tool. Until you get used to how it moves when applying pressure, your dough may not be as perfect as you would like it but should be fine once you get the hang of it. I would offer as advice that you spray the surfaces of the press and disc when starting and between batches because the disc likes to stick as you lift the plunger out to refill it.

Answer:	Kathy: The docking insert is a spring-loaded 'drawer': gently but firmly press in on it to release the catch, and the little docking insert should slide out. If will probably ejects only part way, so you'll have to gently pull it out to manually extend it fully. If memory serves correctly, there was a small piece of clear tape-like adhesive plastic that was holding the docking mechanism securely in place during shipping. If you've removed the plastic tab, then the gentle & firm push on the docking insert should unlatch the mechanism. If it still won't extend, then I'm at a complete loss. --George
