Answer:	I believe that the flow should be similar for each hole. Check out the video on Amazon's page. It shows all holes with a similar flow. If your flow pattern is much different you may have a unit with a manufacturing defect.

Answer:	While I didn't see any info in the manual; my direct measurement with a watt meter puts it around 1450W on initial power-on, then drops a bit (~1420W) as it warms up.

Answer:	Glycerin is a byproduct of the soap making process. Sometimes the soap companies will scoop out the glycerin and sell it separately to make more money. Others like this one leave them in.

Answer:	the soap is about 2 1/2 by 2 1/2. you should have no problem fitting the soap in a vertical soap holder. good luck.

Answer:	Don't buy this coffee pot. Be prepared for the cheap plastic knob on top to break. We used ours pot daily for the past 3 years. Once a year we have to replace the plastic knob. OK, there only $6.50. buy two right! Well the last one to break I call the company for a couple replacements. They don't just sell the knobs anymore you have to purchase the whole lid for $17.00. I told them to forget it. Buy a pot that has a glass knob! Spend the extra money.

Question:	Does the pot keep the coffee warm by re-percolating periodically, or does it just have a heating element
Answer:	No, it does not re-percolate after the first cycle. If you leave it plugged in after finishing, it is essentially just a hot plate that keeps the coffee warm. It will not percolate already hot coffee. If you want it to percolate the same coffee more, it has to be cooled all the way back down somehow. This basically defeats the ENTIRE PURPOSE of a percolator in the first place. It essentially is a drip coffee maker with a water heater, and takes away any control you have over how long it percolates or how strong it can make coffee. That is why there is a clear knob on top, so we know to KEEP it percolating. With this one, we can't. So what's the clear knob even for? It is a complete joke.

Answer:	Plastic, ours broke twice not replaceable. Loved the coffee it made but it should be glass, removable for better cleaning. Not buying a third pot.

When water comes in contact with these metals some oxidization may occur which may for some people change the taste of water. 2. Overstayed water results in limescale buildup which maybe “mistaken” for Rust. Emptying Kettle after each use will protect and increase the durability of the appliance. Answer:	According to the United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service, at sea level, water boils at 212 °F. With each 500-feet increase in elevation, the boiling point of water is lowered by just under 1 °F. At 2,000 feet above sea level the boiling temperature of water is 208 °F instead of 212 °F. At 7,500 feet water boils at about 198 °F. Because water boils at a lower temperature at higher elevations, foods that are prepared by boiling or simmering will cook at a lower temperature, and it will take longer to cook. To compensate for the lower boiling point of water, the cooking time must be increased. Turning up the heat will not help cook food faster. No matter how high the cooking temperature, water cannot exceed its own boiling point – unless using a pressure cooker. Even if the heat is turned up, the water will simply boil away faster and whatever is being cooked will dry out faster.

Question:	HOW DOES IT WORK WITH BLACKBERRIES
Answer:	I have no idea. I bought it to smush chunky cat food to a "pate" consistency for my senior cat. Great idea - not so great on the execution. It took A LOT of effort to get the right consistency, and it also kept oozing out of the sides. I should have been proactive and returned it, but I didn't. It's currently taking up space in an upper cupboard. *sigh*
