Answer:	This kit comes with the valve. It is not very likely your old valve will match up to the new fixture. Which means you have to get into the wall unhook both water lines remove old valve and install new one. A lot of plumbing involved. However if your fixture is a one handle there is a slight chance you could just remove it and screw this fixture in.

Answer:	Mostly you would lose three things. First, the power, due to the decreased wattage, and . Second, the the bowl lift capability that is available on the KP26. Third, a decrease in bowl size from 6 to 5 quarts. Depending on your needs these three differences may or may not lead you to the fourth difference which is price.If your not into large scale baking as you stated, I would recommend the KSM155GBCA. You can also get a stainless bowl for the KSM155 and keep the glass bowl, you don't have that option with the KP26. If your not doing large scale baking as you say, your choosing a less expensive mixer with plenty of power that looks great vs a more expensive mixer with power you will probably never fully need or use.

As far as I could tell you can only get the stainless steel one separate or with the higher end models.

Answer:	It can easily handle up to 2 kg of dough. (1 kg of dough = 500g flour + 300g sourdough starter + 200g water).I would say 3kg of dough is still OK but 4kg is really pushing it.

What is a KitchenAid Refurbished Product?

KitchenAid portable appliances are built with quality being the most important factor. However, we do have products returned to us either from stores or directly from consumers. Every return, whether from a store or from a consumer, is analyzed and repaired if needed and offered as a refurbished product that is electrically and mechanically sound.

With a refurbished product there may be a minor cosmetic fault such as a small scratch or ding, but these cosmetic faults never impact the performance of the refurbished mixer. A refurbished product carries a 6 month total replacement warranty on anything except cosmetic damage. Answer:	I researched 3 months before buying. I found the older models before 2007 had plastic parts. I just purchased one this past December and it has a metal housing and metal transmission. Answer:	Interestingly enough... I purchased two KV25’s for holiday gifts over the past month. One shipped with a 5qt bowl, the other shipped with a 6qt bowl! Both mixers shipped with the exact same beaters. Performed a few measurements and beater to bowl clearances are the same. The 6 qt bowl is slightly taller above the hooks. The 6 qt bowl also has a nicer handle. Will call Kitchenaid on Monday to find out what they say. Also noted the box indicated a 525 watt motor... the specs on the order page stated 450w. I’m a bit confused.

Answer:	I have used both. Tilt heads are more for light use. You won't find a tilt head with more than 5 qt. capacity either. Tilt head are easier to use though. I got rid of my tilt head and replaced it with a hand mixer for light duty use.

Answer:	It's not waterproof and the case is separate from the screen saver so you would have to take it apart to dry it completely but I don't think it would ruin the phone.

Answer:	The lap function is hard set to 1 mile, so I assume you are refering to the Run/Walk interval option, which you can set either to any time up to 10 minutes. So you could set the Run time to 30 seconds followed by the Walk time to 30 seconds. At the end of each interval, there are 3 beeps followed by a 5 beep tune, which should be loud enough to hear. It does not vibrate.
Question:	What is the blending rod used for
Answer:	No. Does not give grids, lats, or longs. Battery only lasts for about four hours and is not a directional GPS. Distance, time, rate of travel, calories burned. Basically it would tell you that your slowly dying;-)
