Answer:	It's pretty simple. You can access it by opening the cabinet door (left side) and pulling out the top drawer (right side). The trap is a small square metal dish that slides on and off rails that are affixed to the grease drainage conduits. You can wipe or pour out the grease and wash with dish soap.

Answer:	No. Charcoal cannot be used with this grill. If you would like to add extra flavor we recommend using wood chips. Wood chips are very easy to use and will add tons of flavor.
Question:	can I replace my damaged cabinet door on my weber gas grill
Answer:	This is not a Webber but I’m sure you could replace it. Maybe Webber sells parts for your grill. I’d just call them and ask
Question:	Is the assembly free and who does it
Answer:	There is an option to select how it is assembled under the grill listing. Periodically there are specials advertised with the grill offering free set up. You have to select the free set up when you order to get it and a technician will come to your house to set it up. When there is no special advertised then either you have to set it up yourself or you have to select for the paid assembly which is usually around $90. The grill comes in a lot of little pieces so it’s well worth having someone else do it unless your really handy.
Question:	Are the burners guaranteed? What does that mean? Also, room for rotisserie

The grips are sort of a hard rubber - very comfortable and ergonomic. I highly recommend this as a solid choice for utensils.

Answer:	The handle doesn't get hot. The skillet seems durable, but is not heavy.
Question:	Can it be used on a gas grill on medium high heat? We plan on frying fish outside
Answer:	A little information guide for the user was included. Among other things, it says not to use butter or olive oil because they smoke at a lower temperature. They recommend canola, Safflower, peanut and palm oils. Now I will quote. "Alllow the oil/butter to heat up in the pan before adding food to the cookware. DO NOT rush the preheating process by using high heat. Because of the excellent heat conductivity of your OXO cookware, food and oil can carbonize very rapidly. Always cook on low to medium heat and only use high heat for boiling liquids. Use medium-high heat for searing, sauteing, stir-frying and reducing liquids. Use low heat to warm foods, simmer or for preparing delicate sauces. DO NOT use any typeof oil sprays, including aerosols, mist and pump sprays. These sprays can cause residue build-up that is difficult to remove from all types of cookware. Always distribute the oil evenly onto the surface of the cookware. Use the 'butter test' to determine whether your OXO cookware is hot enough--simply wipe a dab of butter on the bottom of the cookware. If it bubbles briskly without burning, your OXO cookware is perfectly preheated."I myself have only used it to make pancakes. I also disobeyed instructions by using a metal spatula. It was fine for the pancakes, and I don't think I scratched the surface, but that is something else they warn against.

Answer:	To me, the smell was not overwhelming. It didn't smell like pumpkin pie or anything like that. It had a very faint scent that was pleasant and not powerful. The smell did not stay in my hair either so after it was dry the smell faded.
