Question:	Does the grease not get rancid if you leave it on the counter? Sorry, my family never cooked with grease when I was growing up, so I’m learning
Answer:	No it does not but you don’t keep it forever. Next time you fry up a big ole batch of bacon or sausage dump the old and wash out the container and put the fresh in it. Question:	Can this filter deep fat fryer oil
Answer:	I found that the screen was too fine to strain spices so it would probably be too fine for particles from fryer oil. You actually need a filter not quite so fine. I was constantly having to use a spoon to unclog the screen so it could drain. Trying to pour 3 gallons of oil thru it would be a bigger chore than I would care to experience.
Question:	Is there any company logo on the funnels? Mine have no indication of manufacture. I purchased the small set
Answer:	There is no logo on this small set.
Question:	Van the filter go in the dishwasher or if not how should you clean it
Answer:	I washed the filter in the dishwasher on the top rack and it was fine, hand washing would probably be more gentle on it in the long run but so far so good in the dishwasher.

Answer:	China. Both pieces can go in the dishwasher for sanitization. Well designed and well made item.
