Answer:	I have no idea how to report problems with shipments. I'd like to know myself. The AMAZON carriers run hot and cold (mostly cold), leaving packages closer to the street than my front door and don't even bother to ring the door bell. Lazy arses.

Answer:	No, they run true to sizes listed. These shirts are the absolute best a shirt can be. I love them, and have been wearing them for at least 12 years. I now own at least 30 of them, and they are the only shirt I wear unless my wife says I need something different for some occasion. I have the long sleeve Henley’s for our Wisconsin winters and the short sleeves for our summers. In my opinion they are an 11 out of 10! Enjoy yours!

Answer:	Just get the small seam ripper. I removed 6 logos in a few minutes. Would've been faster but one of them was particularly troublesome. A tiny wrinkle of material was sewn into the logo material and had to be very careful not to damage the shirt threads.
