Answer:	Ya know, I've looked everywhere and cannot find it's origin. If I were a betting man, I'd say China. But, I must say, this is one fine opener. Nicely made, good materials, works like a charm. Answer:	Screw into cork in bottle until you can hook shortest notch on edge of bottle, lift cork out as far as you can, then hook next notch on bottle and remove cork. Sometimes you have to screw deeper into cork to remove cork all the way out.

Answer:	This is a great item. I would say it has a nice tone... more red in the color than walnut. In terms of light and darkness, a little lighter and less black than walnut, but darker than a medium oak. The photo has whiskey barrel Oak and a white paper towel.
Question:	is this double hinged
Answer:	It doesn’t say anything on the wine key. You got me thinking though so I checked the Le Creuset site. Made on China. Don’t let that deter you. This is my favorite wine opener ever and still works as well as the day I bought it. I bought a second, cheaper one from a different brand and it was a waste of $. Should have bought another one of these.
Question:	Is this a genuine Pulltap product made in Spain? i don't see any markings in the photo posted. i want to be sure i am buying a genuine Pulltap item
Answer:	Under Product Information, it says "Origin France" so maybe Amazon will fix that. If it's made in China, and well made, that's fine. But IMHO, for $40, Le Creuset should either make it in the EU or lower the price.
Question:	Does this product you're selling have 'Pulltex' stamped on the chrome section as show in pictures 2-5, or does it have Pulltap's on it as in pic
Answer:	It holds standard length, wine bottles. There is no extra head room.
