Struggling filmmaker Mark Borchardt is the subject of American Movie, and he may also be the most determined man you'll ever meet. The straggly haired, fast-talking, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, native lists his greatest influences as Dawn of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He began making horror movies as a gangly adolescent, and is now set on finishing Coven (which he pronounces like "woven"), the "35-minute direct market thriller" he has worked on for two years. In the process, he steadfastly battles immense debt, the threat of losing his kids, and birds chirping gleefully through scenes set in the dead of winter. His mother would rather do her shopping than be an extra, his brother contends he's best suited for factory work, and his father just wants him to "watch the language."

Standing by him through it all is Mark's childhood buddy, Mike Schank, who is the strongest weapon against drug use a task force could ever hope for, and Uncle Bill, begrudging financier of Coven, who appears to be wasting away before our very eyes. In less perceptive hands these two could easily become caricatures--the burnt-out stoner and the crotchety old coot--but through director Chris Smith's lens we see why Mark loves them, why they love Mark, and why each of these stories is uniquely compelling.

• 3/4 ounce amaretto
• 1/2 ounce blue curacao
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
• Club soda

1. Put crushed ice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour the white rum, amaretto, blue caracao, and pineapple juice over the ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a tall, chilled glass and top off with club soda. Serve immediately.

Queen of Memphis

• 1 3/4 ounces bourbon
• 3/4 ounce Midori
• 3/4 ounce peach juice
• Dash maraschino liqueur
• Melon wedge, to garnish

1. Put crushed ice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour the bourbon, Midori, peach juice, and maraschino over the ice and shake vigorously until well frosted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the melon wedge and serve immediately.

Whiskey Sangaree

• 4-6 ice cubes
• 1 3/4 ounces bourbon
• 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
• Club soda
• 1/2 ounce ruby port
• Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

1. Put the ice into a chilled glass.
2. Pour the bourbon and sugar syrup over the ice. Top with club soda.
3. Stir gently to mix, then float the port on top. Sprinkle with some of the grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.

Lilli nailed it, Mother Jones did a story on it and they found the replacements are just as bad or nearly as bad and just haven't really been tested. Only one company I know of offers a BPA free lining that is very likely safe(ceramic coated and possibly patented) and that is Eden Food for their canned foods. They even have a great preservative for their canning as a substitute for salt. Anyway, even Eden admitted as such that certain acids or just acids in general are too corrosive for cans with that kind of lining. They ended up putting most of their tomato related product into amber glass.

Answer:	Coconut *is* currently in the red pack. It didn't used to be; and when they switched it in, it took a little while for the Amazon description and images to match up. However, the current description is correct.

Answer:	I have drank the Blueberry ones constantly for a few years, so I probably notice changes in taste more easily than most would. I have left unused portions in the fridge many times, but if I don't drink the rest by the next day, the taste is gone. So I would say yes you can refrigerate, but only for a day.

The unique flavor remains the same, just the color has changed for Kiwi Strawberry and Lemon Lime. You will see all flavors with natural color by first of quarter 2019.
