Answer:	I am not sure about the highest temp degree, however, I will do know they are very thin. Even when doubled up these are NOT very good pot holders. I have bought better quality pot holders at Walmart.

Answer:	No mine was put in with the hardware provided. Because you push the handles into the holder and take them out, I don’t think it would hold onto the wall without mounting hardware.

Answer:	They stay put. There is no sprung on the roller so you press the handle in and pull down until it's stuck. It does not need to be pulled hard, just enough for the roller to grab onto the handle. When you want to take a broom or mop off of it, you just pull it outward. Very easy to use and I haven't had one fall yet.

Answer:	I am not sure but it is plenty big and fits all of my different long handled skillets

Answer:	They didn't fit my pan handles, so I gave them to friends. HOWEVER, just from a practical point, I personally would NOT use them on a campfire.

Answer:	If you leave it on, it will get hot just like the pan. Use it on the pan to take out of oven and to protect from grabbing hot handles once the pan has been removed from the oven.
Question:	Is this longer than the actual handle for 10.5" skillet
Answer:	My skillet is approx. 10". It was too long for the handle and MUCH too loose. I would have been fine with it being too long IF it had fit somewhat securely. I cut off the end (about an inch) so it would not be too long, and then used it to move my hot cast iron pan to the sink to wash with hot water and my chainmail steel thing. I was holding it as firmly as I could, but the pan SLIPPED OUT of the jacket (the first time I used it) and had there been anything breakable just beneath it in the sink, it would have been broken or shattered. I would recommend this only for the LARGEST skillets -- and even then you won't know for sure until you use it, because it is very roomy within.

Answer:	Not only are they dishwasher safe, with zero warping in the bottom on high temp wash, but they don't scratch like the cheaper PVC ones that these replaced. My wife and I are somewhat germophobic and generally use them once and drop them in the dishwasher (we bought a dozen to use that way), so they have been washed on high temp in a new machine probably 25-30 times since we've bought them. And they still look new, with very sharp knives being used upon them. Haven't had that with any other product!
Question:	temperature limit
Answer:	It is reversible. But, only one side has the trough. It would probably hold all the juices from a chicken, but a turkey might be too much. You might have to use some paper towels to make sure it wouldn't overflow. Good idea to use one side for vegetables exclusively. It's my favorite cutting board even if the trough isn't huge.
Question:	Does this have a magnet in it like the older version
Answer:	The cutting board is made of HDPE polyethylene which is rated for 230° F. So, yes it's safe for slightly hotter than boiling water but not out of the oven.

Answer:	Valid question, and sometimes hot objects have to be placed quickly, and cutting boards tend to be convenient. The best answer here is wood. Many wood cutting boards are made from bamboo, which has a burning temperature of almost 600°F, much higher than a plastic cutting board. The tradeoff is that wood tends to absorb smell and be more prone to mildew.
